3.3 miles from highway, dirt road which will shake you up but quite doable. Turn off into very short rough track with washouts so high clearance required. There are a series of flat campsite right on the edge of the cliff facing a snow covered mountain. One other vehicle there when we arrived. Some sites have fire rings. Very quiet and pleasant spot.

Great spot with lots of places to set up camp. Google maps sent us up a river bank by mistake. So double check not to take the ugly detour
Report Check-InAbbsolutely beautiful. Across from the AREA-BFE, large open field with level(ish) sites and fire rings. one of the better BLM roads I have been on.
Report Check-InGreat spot. We are in a capable vehicle pulling an off road cargo trailer conversion. No problems getting here. The road is bumpy but well used and maintained. I feared it might be a bit busy in this area for us, and I think in prime times, it definitely would be. We are here mid week and we can see people camping near to us. Typically we camp well away from people, but the view was amazing so we decided to stay.
Report Check-InBeautiful spot. There’s a few spots around here and across the road. Watch out for ant hills though when picking your spot. It’s extremely windy on the cliff so be careful leaving chairs, etc., outside unattended. Lots of tiny gnats right now
One/zero bars of Verizon/Visible
Report Check-InAmazing spot with lots of dispersed camp spots 3.3 miles in. Some spots are a little difficult to get to but with decent clearance and good tires you’ll find a spot. Keep it clean, this is a sacred spot. Pack up your trash and leave it better than you found it.
Report Check-Inbeautiful view lots of moose and deer tracks got up here in FWD in a SUV just went really slow! its worth it! very peacful
Report Check-InSolid BLM camping spot as described.. a few spaces on the cliff side with the view and then plenty in an open area right on the other side of the road
