Something not right?

Description

State Park with nice sandy swim beach on the river, many oak trees.
Bathrooms not too clean and campsites could use a little TLC but overall a very nice, unexpected experience in the Central Valley.

Latest Check-Ins

Quaint campground nestled in an oak grove near some farm land. $30 per night. Definitely an unassuming place and the campground was maybe 1/4 full. A dog was barking nonstop and you can sometimes hear the local cows mooing so YMMV with noise levels. Definitely worth a night though, and you can make friends with the local stray cats!

Beautiful and serene campground on the bank of the river. A mature forest surrounds you and most of the spots have a good amount of privacy. Dogs must be in leash, are not allowed in river, and are not allowed on campgrounds. Did not try bathrooms. Pay at entry and check in with host (there are signs). Was here on a Sat night, so there were a few partiers. They were quiet by 1030pm. would go again!

A beautiful forest with a lot of bird's and a quiet night for a sleep.
I think it's rather expensive for a State Parc $30 (28 when you are over 62 years old). Showers $1 for 1 minute. But we didn't feel well at that time and needed a place to rest right away (and some more quiet than Flying J....).
