Plenty of tour operators here and easy to shop around. However, we had a fantastic local guide take us into the reserve for 3 days and highly recommend!! His name is Victor and he's fluent in English & Spanish. Was extremely knowledgeable, obviously cared for and respected the environment, and tailored our experience for to our tastes - mainly we wanted to see the wildlife. Alternatively we were introduced to Victor via the Tambopata Manu Expeditions office that does tours and bookings. He also spoke excellent English and Spanish and his name is José Luis Sánchez Salazar. As written here, in this street you can find many tour agencies. We did a tour with Green Jungle because they have 5 stars in Google, so we expected a pretty good service. Well, it turned out that the food was extremely simple (and small portions), they did not do all the activities they promised us and we had a problem with our room, but luckily it was solved. So, not a 5 star service at all. On the other hand, they give you the opportunity to visit the clay lick together with the Sandoval Lake, so that is nice.

We took it from 1st agency at the corner 2 days macaw lick 480 soles pp (jaguar) and asked 3-4 more and they were mostly over 600. We took also sandoval after for 120,day tour. Macaws were the best tour I've done in amazonia! Ask for Rodrigo, guide is really amazing! Sandoval is too touristy, place have great potential but day tour was just about 1,5h paddling and then lunch and directly back. I wouldn't buy day tour here again. But place is nice full of wildlife.

We checked all of the agencies and all inclusive for 2 days tour cost 300-350, and 450 for 3 days Some of theme are more expensive.

There's boatloads of tour agencies here.

To give you an idea of prices, the cheapest i found to...
visit monkey Island (Aventura tour at the far end of the street): 90s
Visit a clay lick (Aventura tour at other end of the street): 120s
Visit the Lago con the otters: 80s

I didn't really ask about the other tours, but someone quoted 380 to go to the famous clay lick for 2 days.
