Fantastic mecanico! They did their best to find the solution for our van and helped us also with other questions (eg where to find snow chains). Really lovely people, would recommend 100%

Walmart- clean, felt safe, pretty quiet other than some road noise, but that wasn’t too bad. Wasn’t hard to find a level spot either. Stayed with a few other car campers and semis. Attached to a plaza with a Petco, Marshall’s, FiveBelow, Party City, & some others. Chick-fil-a & Buffalo Wild Wings is right here too. There’s a planet fitness about a mile down the road as well.

Three relaxing days here with no one else around (week days). Beautiful place. Bathrooms are closed, maybe they are open on weekends. A lady came by boat to charge the 10 BOB for the whole stay.

I had some work done here on my motorcycle, very professional people, they know what they are doing.
I highly recommend them.

We spent one night there. Noisy but convenient. You can use the gas station toilets, clean.

20 or so other car dwellers here last night. Quiet. Drove by later in the day (~2pm) and saw multiple cop cars pulled up by where all the vans were parked. So perhaps don’t dally here all day.

Not sure if I just got lucky, or the hot water problem is fixed, but today at least the showers are gloriously warm :)

It feels like this place might have already had it's hay day and is in need of some tlc for the rooms and camping toilets and showers

It was very quiet, we were the only guests but absolutely beautiful and the staff very friendly and attentive.

First night we paid 20000 for a room, and second night we camped for 7000 pppn.

The bar setting is stunning too, although not very well stocked.

Road is very bumpy, we had to push our bikes in the dark.

The diesel mechanic fixed our problem on the spot. He found a sensor on the exhaust that was loose, fixed, didn’t charge us, awesome!

They have a Starlink mounted here now with free unlocked public Wi-Fi. I sat right in front of the community library before it opened and was able to connect to the open Starlink network. Fast Internet for browsing. For some reason, my T-Mobile service does not work in Tok. It shows full bars of LTE, but the speeds are under .5Mbps

We spent a night there. It’s a good spot for one or two nights.

This has been a quiet, reliable go-to for the last few years while I visit Bend, OR area. The descriptions are accurate and up to date.

Arrived early (before 11am) was lucky enough to snag the only available full hook up spot left. Would advise early arrival if you want one. The full hook up also requires you to walk to the gate house each morning to pay for your spot each night. Ranger said they set it up like that because to many people inputed the wrong departure date and refunds are difficult.

Truck stop. While driving towards the Safeway/Canadian Tire option, we saw the truck stop. With the other location not looking promising from the comments we decided to stay here.

We continued on the FR until we came to a fork and then went right. We found a great spot about 1/2 a mile up taking a short left spur. There are a few fire rings and at least one good tent spot. There is a great view looking back towards Torrey. Fabulous sunset and sunrise. This spot is not big rig friendly but great for vans, no real need for 4 wheel drive but don't come up here in the rain.

Beautiful campsite by the lake! Easily use the water taxi to visit various villages around the lake.
1 shower (with hot water) and 2 toilets. You can buy fish and meat from the owner.
The only downside was the steep road there and because of a party in the village we had to drive around on very narrow roads. Ask Pierre in advance if you can get there. We are 6m long, but a little bigger is also possible. For 2 adults and 2 children 160Q.

Little roomier than Hobson Cty Park. Right off I-101 in Carpinteria. Reserve online, has both dry and full 20/30 amp hook ups. WiFi is very fast. Bit crowded but that’s California for you. Good for a night!

Very beautiful place, campsite with a view to the Lake. Paul, the man who works there is really nice. 10PpPN.

No overnight parking allowed. I got the knock.

Large flat area. Plenty of room for big rigs. Fairly quiet at night, but by 5 am we there were big tanker trucks zooming thru the lot and down the BLM road.

A few truck here. Several cars and one bar of signal 😊

Very nice place for a night (or many). Right off 89A - drive thru a gate (close gate behind you) & the road has a few spots that are very rocky but should be no issues for most vehicles. Very quiet & spacious. Plenty of room for a lot of rigs.

Stayed one night. Very quiet at night, but early in the morning you can here the cars passing by. Cellular is good, no bathroom. Nice spot! lets keep it clean

Gas Tanks werden hier nicht mehr gefüllt nur noch Flaschen die Füllanlage ist abgebaut. Schade

Still a nice place. A bit expensive when you are used to Bolivian prices (around 12$ for a single room). Super clean though, with hot showers and a solid kitchen.

Labour 1000ph. we changed the diesel filter (2000) We needed to help them.

Very nice and friendly owner. Even offered a souvenir mug as a gift, but we kindly declined due to carrying too many things with us on our tandem bike already.

Stayed here for three nights with the boyfriend, dog and two kids. Campsites aren’t level but for tent campers it was perfect. The public bathhouse and shower houses were extremely clean and well kept.
