Perfect service, with exact prices, clear list of which form is needed at a certain office and which step you have to do first when handing in your vehicle. Trustworthy and pleasant. The service is not the best. They are quite unfriendly and you have to ask for every information. Nevertheless, it's the only chance to book your passenger ferry ticket. If you come from Iran, you can book your return ticket already in Bandar Abbas, which is much cheaper.
You have to pay in cash and in Dirham.
Our ferry was canceled twice due to bad weather...

Price: 550 Dirham adult, 300 Dirham child ( max. 12y).

Try to get your tickets as early as possible, because ferry is sometimes overbooked.

The ferry ride itself is really nice and worth it!

I paid 1610dh for me and my Vespa. They told me I will paid 300dh to Iranian side and nothing else. Let’s see

Here you have to go first before going to the port to pay for shippment and ferry tickets for going to Iran. After you can go to the port and the customs.
We paid for our truck 10 to. handling fee etc. 4400 AED without passenger tickets. At the port you have to pay another 35 AED for Port and Handling costs.
Opening hours:
Saturday to Thursday 08.00 - 16.30
Saturday 08.00 - 12.30

quite sketchy service. paid for a bill of landing 410dh for 1 motorcycle, despite already paying 12mil rial in Iran for the ferry. we were informed that there will be only a "small" fee, this seems excessive but there is no way of proving that.

Opening hours Sun-Thu 8-4:30, Sat 8-12:30. Note that there is no ferry for about 2 weeks during norouz/new year. Parking in front of office possible.

Quick and good service when buying your tickets.
Paid 335dh per person including the exit fee and 1525dh for the LandCruiser.

Keep in mind that you need 35dh in the port itself (15dh at the port and customs building and 20dh at the security gate). Next to that what they do not tell you is you need to pay another 20dh at the gate for your car.

Get all your papers signed before you can actually go to shed 6 for loading. A different story to get everything done in the harbour, so keep that in mind.

The guy in the port does not explain anythig and doesn't give andwers our question regarding the process. All very unclear!
