The Team is good , friendly, helpful and they work fast (for South America standard).
Only spanish speaking.
We came with 2 RV and they startet the work immediately. We sleept 6 nights in front of the garage and had access to water and the garage bathroom.
Supermarket ,Laundry ( not on IOverlander ask Ruben ) and Playground nearby.
Its not the best mechanic ever but it works really well.

Car wash, parking, you can get water, and in our case, they let us spend the night. Angel is really nice and friendly, and he even collected us from the town center in the evening, as he works as a taxi driver at the weekend. Recommended!

Shower and Laundry were available by contacting the facilities manager (phone number on door). I did not have a call plan so I went to the casino 15 min south of here to shower

Shower was $5 and had to leave an ID with the front desk. Friendly staff. Water was warm or hot, could not get it to go cooler. Sink was not in Shower room. Overall would reccomend

Nice quiet spot. A little bit of highway noise but nothing horrible. Several largw gravel areas along this road. Would reccomend for a quiet desert sleep area

Good spot to spend a few days. the sites are spaced out, pit toilets, and fire rings. park for kids and next to river for fly fishing. Close to town and to check out Elk Falls. $22/night, cash only. pay attendant as they come around

We stayed for 3 nights at this lovely campsite. 5000 colones PP. Clean and well equipped kitchen. Clean bathroom and showers with hot water. Joel was very lovely and patient with our terrible Spanish. Would stay again

Amazing resort, large grass covered sites, free standing Braai and power at each site. Water close by. Nice ablutions close by to the sites. Plenty to do at the resort. Super quiet for April Camping. Very reasonably priced as well

Beautiful place to stay in Mulanje! Executive room for 60000mwk for 2 people breakfast included and executive for 70000. Big and really good breakfast! They also do restaurant. There is wifi, a swimming pool and a gym. There is a (difficult) hike you can access passing through Kara O'Mula. You are at 10 minutes by car from the others hikes in Likhubula. We ended up staying at one of the many gravel turnouts along this road, but unless you're just looking for a quick single night sleep I wouldn't recommend this road at all. It's been closed for a while in the recent past for repairs so pretty much all roads going off of it are gated and closed. They are still working on the road, too, so there are multiple one-lane traffic delays. The only options for wild camping are turnouts. Some are bigger than others, but all are right alongside the highway with tons of traffic noise. The other options are campgrounds, but the two we explored were expensive, small, and ugly.

Nice green flat area high above Bepu. A few cars will pass on their way to the public onsens in the mountain but we were alone all night. It is not easy to find real wild camping in Japan but this one is great.

This location is big rig frendly. Unmaned state park that operates on a honour system. 15$ a night. Signs say only camp were there is a firepit but we saw lots of people parked wherever. There is an off road trail into Arches NP inside the state park we saw lots of people going down that road/local tour companies. We rolled in on a friday night VERY BUSY placed died out on sunday and through the week

Nice spot. You can park and have a view of the river. Very quiet and peaceful. Not the best cell signal - 2 bars at 3G.

Great place to fill up your RV fresh water tank! Pull into the back and they have a pretty lengthy hose to fill up your tank.

They are the second door from the left, unit 205. It’s less than 50 cents a gallon.

They have filtered water that’s $2 for 5 gallons if you bring your own jugs.

Pasamos una noche en el estacionamiento. si bien el lugar cuenta con baños (durante el día) a partir de las 5 de la mañana comienza a sonar la campana lo que hace bastante difícil seguir durmiendo.
no es un mal lugar pero no lo recomiendo sino gustan de madrugar.

I stopped here in April to fix some of my solar panels. I didn’t stay the night. Safe and open and cared for, I would sleep here. On that note, The bugs were horrid I swallowed like 8 and they were in my eyes and under my hat bug spray did little to nothing. Needless to say it was unpleasant being on the roof with all that around.

Good spot for a quick overnight. Didnt go very far in but not too much road noise. Good Verizon service.

stayed one night, pretty quiet, some traffic from people going hiking. I recommend going down to Pebble Beach. no bathrooms, no garbage, very decent internet. go to the top parking lot.

We were looking at different dive centres in Tofo and Barra. While centres in Tofo are younger, more crowded and maybe with newer equipment, we found Aquaholics to be not only the most reasonably priced but also the one where we were treated most individually. Gwen and Greg do love what they are doing, and you can feel that. We also had really interesting conversations with Gwen.
Btw, they also own the Palm View Lodge.
In a figurative sense, this place is for you if you prefer a "dinner in a restaurant" over a "fancy party club".

coming and going is some kilometres of 2nd class dirt road. doable with any kind of car. off the beaten treck destination/not touristic, so depends on you if you like this or not. wind calmed down during night and in the morning the sea was flat and blue. there are bucket toilets. very friendly police and locals.

Nice, quit place in the woods. Felt very safe. 5 other campers around.

Didn’t have any food for when we came in the early evening, looked like out might not have food anymore at all. There was a kind of aggressive drunk man outside that kept asking for money, didn’t feel safe.

A beautiful meadow with palm trees around, you can also stand directly at the small side arm of the Gambia river. Very calm, not a single person passed. Saw some monkeys from afar, some chipmunks passed by in the morning, many birds all around.

It’s possible to swim, but it goes in very steep!

There’s no direct track leading here but there are many small trails to partly follow. Okey for big rigs.

We passed by and ate supper, we payed 150 Dalasis per Person for grilled chicken and chicken. Run by 3 friendly women. Everything looked and tasted good, everything was properly cooled beforehand. Strangely no rice served, maybe it would have been cheaper if the meat would have been a side dish and not the main food?
