There is a dump station at the campground that used to be a KOA. It was $20 for just the dump, water is separate. We filled at a pump near a campsite thinking it was included since there’s not potable water at the dump station and were told we had to pay for water separately at the pump house but they didn’t charge us, which was nice. Not a super great dump but there’s not many options around here. We paid with a card and they put a $150 pending charge on it. Not worth it if you don’t absolutely have to, but again there’s very few options in BV unfortunately.

I would not sleep here again. Big loud trucks were in /out of here all night and there was one bird in between that would fill in the quiet with noise. I was up most of the night. But I'd still stop to check the site out. There are heated bathrooms, picnic tables, trash cans, and grass to let your pet go to the bathroom.

what a great spot! didn't have any animals or humans bother us. beautiful, right on the river
also convenient to have service here, since driving all day north through BC there was no service. this was a lot nicer spot than the border rest area.

If you want to boulder this is the spot. They rent crashpads for $100 a day. Fills up on weekends but quiet during the week. We bought the guidebook in town for $390

This place is HUGE and very developed in comparison to many of the other camping options in parque El Chico. Driving through the turreted Disney World entrance will give you a bit of an idea of what you're in for. We drove around a ways and never found a 'camping' area. Lots of stalls down on the water selling drinks and food. We ended up posting up near to what appears to be the paintball area. Where we were able to get out of the dust and it was quieter.

We paid $25 per person entry and $50 per tent (in our case our truck) so a total of $100 for 2 people. Cheapest camping we've found in the area yet, but a bit developed for our tastes.

Street parking at a city Park in downtown Portland. Lots of spots up&down 5 blocks. Have to pay the meter between 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Saturday, and from 1 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Sunday, but free overnight. Lots of homeless folks nearby but we weren't bothered and felt reasonably safe. Public bathroom nearby. We had good signal (5G Verizon).

Pretty large pull out overlooking the ocean. When we pulled in there were three other vans and when we woke there was four. Quiet all night except for some car sounds and a couple of people honking as they drove by.

They also are one of the two shops in town to have the setup for a computerized 4-wheel-alignment. Fast and efficient, 15 minutes for 150 P ($12).

Stunning 360 views over Skye. Hilltop, so expect it to be breezy.
Plain, even spot at a bumpy road’s end below telecommunication tower. No one around for miles.

Open 9am-7pm, bathrooms, plenty of spaces (usually close to empty), barbecue pits, swings, badminton. Medium rigs can fit in regular spaces, big rigs probably somewhere too. Completely level.

This is an odd fill-up and requires some more description. There are 3 connections - a very large connection, maybe 3 and 1/2 inch; a 2 inch connection, and a threaded 3/4 inch connection. Each is controlled by it's own payment center.

For the 3/4 inch threaded connection, the payment center is on the right side of the building (if looking at the side where the connections are). There are 2 payment centers there - you want the one on the left. $0.25 per 5 gallons. And the pressure is a bit weak so it flows slowly.

Nice place, but busier than expected - many of the beach pull ins are in front of a house or hostel. Also some run-down tents around, don't know if inhabited or not. Rocks in the water so may be not optimal for swimming, but there are many surfers around. Toucans in the trees. No facilities, Kolbi cell service fine, Claro only very weak. Definetly a nice place, but there are better places (e.g the spot in Drake Bay (Rincon Beach)).

We wanted to come from Bay View and Google maps navigates us to a really narrow gravel path. We didn't got there as it was too narrow for our car, lots of branches hanging deep in the way. So we didn't proceed and looked for another place.

We saw 8 or so quetzals and 2 monkeys! We took about 2.5 hours because we spent so much time looking at the quetzals, but you could do it much quicker if you wanted to.

Big parking you only got to pay from July until September. Hight ristriction is 1,90 m. There is a little bit of shade depending on the spot you get and there are bins on the right side of the parking where you can dump your rubbish. Public toilet is about 2 min to walk, 5 min to a nice sandy (but very wavy) beach. You come by the toilets when you go to the beach (the way to the beach is marked right of the entrence to the car parking). It's a little bit noisy at night due to the road but overall a good place to sleep for one night.

Street parking. Arrived late on a busy Sunday night and wanted somewhere safe to overnight. Talked to the night worker at the hotel, he said it’s a very safe street, and no problems as long as I don’t block any entrances. Not quite level, but I felt safe, slept well, and enjoyed the cool shade in the morning. Not suitable for large vehicles.

Parking garage has a 2.2m height restriction like all éxitos and most of the parking around the block is forbidden (though nobody seems to care). We parked behind the éxito next to the football field and police hut, this seemed to be fine.
