Decent lot just as described. we stayed 4 nights to explore Toronto. $25CAD to stay 6p till 6p the next day. $14cad for weekends. Option to also buy hourly or half day. I did see other vehicles get ticketed so make sure to pay. There is a lot of construction going on in this area so it can start to get noisy around 6a.

There are multiple signs saying it's strictly forbidden to stay overnight.Some patrol came around.

Nice quiet little camping spot near the river. Big enough to turn a vehicle around. Had a fire pit already. Nice little grassy spot for a tent, however it's a bit uneven.

Beautiful setting, lots of trees for shade, easy to register. Camp hosts are helpful. Showers $2. Highly recommend

Giovanny’s Casa de ciclista is a nice place to rest and meet up with o other cyclists. Giovanny is nice person to talk with and he knows a lot about his country and areas. The Casa is in a relaxed and quiet part of town.

Stayed in the smaller Cove side; space #1. Big open grassy space for the pups and not super crowded in general. Nice balance of pseudo-boondocking and RV HU’s for a couple of nights. Close to the road, but it’s not a main one. Super quiet at night. Only complaint is smell of cow / chicken manure being in the middle of agricultural region. Only noticed it at certain times. Not a deal breaker, but wouldn’t probably stay more than my two nights.

Free and safe. Several long RV pull-through spaces behind the building.

Description is good. We were surprised to see a ‘no camping’ sign however. The iOverlander community has been using it for some time. The sign seems to have been there for some time. The tree has grown over it! I believe it is from the time when Nova Scotia limited freedom camping. We spent a quiet night after the Saturday evening crowd had left.

No problem with overnight parking. 24hr open for that reason a lot of people will be in and out. A little bit louder place.

tiny City Park with room for just a few RVs. clean bathroom free water and dump. right next to the river with a walking biking trail and nearby a very large dog park. to town to stay in overnight

Loves truck stop - you can stay in truck area or the RV area. They do propane for tanks and on board. Has Hardee’s for some delicious gravy biscuits.

Nice place to spend the night. Quiet. The road is ok to go up. Early May at the top some mud and ice

Clean $5 shower. Friendly folks who graciously let us fill up water jugs from the hose faucet on the side of building.

We were able to sleep for the night during the weekend with no problem, very calm area (a lot of mosquitoes). The only sign we saw said 24 hours maximum stay and paid parking monday to friday during the day.

Very cute, quiet and clean camp site. The lemonade and beer for 1 euro per bottle (0,5 l) are also nice. We paid 12 euro for 2 people and a camper van.

Excellent moto mechanic. Paul speaks perfect English and can order Tires for your motorcycle. If you give advance notice, change oil and do other maintenance type items. He does stock some things but it’s best to contact him in advance. I have an African twin and he’s changing my Tires change the oil.

Great motorcycle mechanic. If you give him several weeks notice, Paul can get you the Tires you need for your Adventure bike. You may be also able to get you filters and change your oil too. He did a great job working on my Africa twin adventure.

Open seven days a week in Almaty, KZ

Nice sized levelish dirt lot at the bottom of the hill for one bigger rig. The dirt path to the top is pretty torn up still as mentioned. Pushed up in dry but soft conditions with the wrangler and a 17ft trailer somehow. The path does bank left as it inclines so I wouldn’t take much more or anything huge up. Looks like another path on the grass to the side is being started also for the folks too scared to take the dirt, might take it on my way down.. 3 fire pits up top, two not very level and tight, one really good smaller grassy spot on top to the right with room for a tight few cars. Owner of the house across the way came over to check on us as he saw us pull the camper up, confirmed it’s blm land and he’s a nice guy.

Misuku eco lodge is in a beautiful location. two wooden cabins each with two beds. 30k per night. wonderful view over the mountains and a fantastic milky way at night. you can visit Mughese forest with local guides and see Tanzania in the distance. bring your own food or be cooked for..we tried local yams and different types of bananas, 5 different types of nsima can be prepared. you can buy locally produced honey, coffee, banana wine and pineapple wine.. local traditional dances can also be arranged (20k each). pure drinking water straight from the mountain. contact Gunnet Mazangato book on 0888311730 WhatsApp). or Maynard Nyirenda 0888749928 or director Maynard Nyirenda who is based in Blantyre 0888749928. meet at the Misuku trading centre and gunnet will accompany you to the lodge which is several km outside the village. 4WD needed, best from July to December, before the rains start.
