This place has gas, a restaurant, I guess cabins you can rent it or something. There’s a large lot behind that has a few trees and a lot of hook ups for both pull-through and back-in sites. Tent camping as well. They have a bathroom with hot showers, Wi-Fi. A convenient stop after a long drive north on the Alcan. |

Great little gas station spot. We stayed here for one night and it was very quite and relaxing. The staff was very friendly and nice and even allowed us to use their shower for $1000 ARS which was very worth it and really hot! The bathrooms were very clean but you do have to get a key from the attendant. It was a great spot for a good nights rest. We would definitely recommend. |

(Gaia coordinates: 59.56279, -136.46584) Stunning view of the Tatshenshini Provincial Park across the road. This spot is just a few km from the US border, and it's just across the road from a large more established pull-out where you cannot camp. For this spot, look across the road from the aforementioned pull-out. You'll see another gravel area where you could pull off with a large hill right behind it. There is a dirt two-track path going up the hill. Take this up and take your first right. It's a nice, flat, hidden spot, and the view is insane. Road noise is nearly zero as it's fairly remote, and the border crossing closes at midnight. Room for multiple rigs, but definitely not getting anything RV sized up the hill. Enjoy! |

June 2024 - Colombia to Ecuador You arrive at the back of the Colombian immigration, you can either park on the right side where the exit is or ride 100m more and park directly in the front.. i decided to park on the back and luckily from inside i was able to keep an eye on the bike..

Overnight parking available only in the designated "BUS RV" spaces, otherwise "No Overnight Parking " signs are everywhere. Some noise from nearby airport, otherwise nice stopover, and dinner & breakfast were great! |

Tables with awnings over them and a pretty view. The pit toilets were pretty clean. Overall, a good place to stay for a few nights, we only stayed one, but the max is 14 days. A bit noisy since it was windy and it is close to the road, but it acts like white noise! |

Magnificent place to wild camp overlooking valleys and hills facing south west for a beautyful sundown. There are people living about 500 meters from us, but they payed us no attention, obviously used to campers. expect horses and cows walking straight through your camp returning for the night. 4x4 required since the meadow is fairly soft and the track up is quite steep. |

We showed up here around 6pm after discovered all the dispersed camping on Grassy Lakes rd was taken. They have a few first come first serve spots for people without reservations and we were lucky when we showed up they still had 3 left. Lots of mosquitos and zero cell service but a decent place to sleep for the night. |

$10 honor system, checked daily. No water or electric but there is a pit toilet that is cleaned daily. Read the signs regarding check-in/saving your spot. Locals use this place and follow the rules. 3 sites, but close together. We were the only ones who over nighted but several locals came and either enjoyed the lake or reserved spots for future days. Great fishing, and swimming. Water not monitored, but locals swim here all the time. |

Thank you to whoever first posted this place. Fabulous dark and quiet sleeping for a night. Excellent dog walking and picnicking before bed and in the morning at the park next door. I wondered where the farm animals were since I could smell them when I pulled in so I took a walk to the end of the street past the tracks and discovered sheep and a lama at someone's very nice house so I didn't stick around other than to chat briefly from the road with the curious critters who wanted to say hello to my dog. Great one night spot! |

This is a great overland outlet run by Morgan. We found him very helpful and easy to deal with when we visited looking for equipment. Has a good stock of roof tents, tents and accessories that you may need if overlanding. Also has great local knowledge of off-roading. Closed Sunday & Monday. |

stayed here 1 night bc i needed to be close to issaquah (normally i’m a forest road camper) — at 11pm a teenage boy (white male 17 years old small build blonde) opened my front door on a dare and his friends asked if there was anything good in it to steal. i guess i forgot to lock my door. terrifying and it didnt seem like the first time the kid did it. i would only stay here if you really needed it but overall didnt like the vibe. lots of young teenagers messing around in the parking lot |

This gas station is not open 24 hours, but it is very large and has a night watchman. They do not charge for overnight stays. It is a place where trucks stop, with a restaurant and many small shops in front and behind, with tire repairs and services. I spent the night behind the station, in front of some small shops, a quiet and safe place. They charge R$8.00 to take a shower at the station, but you can use the restaurant's bathroom for free. If you talk to the shopkeepers in the back, you can get electricity and water.
