Ficamos hospedados no camping.

A beautiful spot right next to Tieton River, easily accessible from Tieton Reservoir Rd. There are two camping locations, one is a huge lot that’s excellent or all day sun/solar as well as bigger rigs/tow-behinds. If you follow a short drop road you’ll end up right next to the river with two-3 available spots for smaller tents, or vans. 2-3 bars on T-mobile. No toilets or services. Grocery stores are located 2miles away.

Price is 10 usd pp for the Forest Reserve + 10 usd for a ranger for the night. No especial fees for camping on top of that. If you want to hike a guide is mandatory and also costs 10 usd. The official campsite is located under a bamboo forest close to this beautiful lake and about 100mts from where you park the car. Because of our rooftop tent we camped at the parking by the lake which I preferred because of the view. Many birds, fish eagle, monkeys on the trees. Feels wild! Nice escape from Dar. Pit toilets available. No showers. Water can be arranged but no tap water.

Nice spot, bit bumpy to reach. Bit of toilet paper here and there. Please take everything with you including your paper! Little bit down the road is a park4night spot, which is more busy the days we passed it. This spot still hidden for the rest! Good night sleep.

At the moment, maybe low season, free parking/ camping, but no services. Ok for one night, because all campgrounds around are expensive or terrible,( except livera Camping, that's a really great place but now closed, during winter)

Amazing park right on the river! I parked at the lower parking lot by the beach for 2 nights. Saw that the park had wifi, but I couldn’t connect to it. Busy until about 9 but quiet all night

If you’re already on this road, you must have high clearance. This little sheltered spot is hard to miss, there’s pretty tall (up to 7m trees around) and there’s a nice and almost level place (we didnt need rocks at all for our van) to park up and enjoy the little sanctuary. 2 pickups passed in the day and little or no traffic at night. Mostly invisible from the secondary road except for southward direction (half visible). Tent campers can go further up for a grassy level spot (just 10 m or so up from this spot)

Fantastic campsite. Extremely well-maintained very organized. Nice hot shower and the bathrooms very clean. Everything was quiet in the evening even know this is close to town but feels like it’s a bit farther away from. $22 without hook ups and I believe 32 with hook ups. Two bars of Tmobile cell service as well. Highly recommend. But one note. The lake that shows up on Google maps is not a lake at all. It might be seasonal but when I was there it was completely dry

We took Mine Road out of town and it turns to dirt. We followed it to the end and found an open area with some fire pits. There was the odd fisherman and a couple of dog walkers. Found a level spot and spent the night. Great view and you can walk onto the rocky beach. There's a very good LTE signal too. After spending another day in town doing laundry and on WiFi, we returned for a second night. (Both laundromat and library have gooD WiFi.)

We were able to get potable water for free. We didn’t see a sign saying you had to pay for it. Spigot locates on the back of the building.

A few miles off I-40. Secluded and remote. There are different sections of the campground and the sites have picnic tables and fire pits. Very few other campers in mid September. The bathrooms were closed and locked otherwise this campground would have been rated a solid 4/4.5. We did have a rather large raccoon and an armadillo visit us before bed so be prepared for wildlife.

Unpaved forest road leads to a small old cemetery and ends up on a beach. High clearance is required. When wet-4x4 would be required as well. Nice place to spend a night.
