stayed here last night. as described- huge parking lot. any rig could get in there. however- i don’t know how inconspicuous you’d be, the bigger the rig. but lots of room, none the less. about 3 bars 5G TMobile. 2 bars LTE Verizon

Good ACA campsite. Nice place to stay, hot showers, potable water, electricity etc. available. Only the WiFi is almost not existing, the signal is only at the reception and speed is very slow... We paid 3600 ARS (1200 ARS ppn plus 1200 ARS for the car).

We are not 4x4 so couldn't make it to this spot but stayed at the first open area by the gate. Bit of rubbish but good for a quiet night

Been there for my 24 ft motorhome ford 1989 after trying in Ensenada in 2 garages without enough space and equipment, and bad feeling about the time that it could take... Finally I drove to San Felipe and had a good service there at Ralloʼs (oil change, tires rotation, breaks check, add 2 suspension blades and repair stabilisator in front). Good equipment indeed, and raisonable price!

Nice views! Flat area, accessible with 2WD. We stood at the lower platform. Nobody else there. Sadly much toilet paper at the beach, please take it with you. In evening and morning some cars and fisher boat. Quiet at night.

Beautiful simple space in nature on a farm
Parked our van under old blooming apple trees

Facilities are basic but the friendliness of the owners and the beautiful space makes up for it

Check out the walking path Guillermo created through his forrest. It's beautiful and a lot of fun.

Nice place to spend the night and walk the short loop (1.5km) on day time only a few birds, late afternoon/ early morning much more activity (birds, pigs, fox, rabbit). Friendly staff. Staid for free but donated some to the park. Road was in pretty good condition 25-30 minutes for the 20km off-road

There's no bathrooms, trashcans, or lights, but it was a good spot for the night. A few cars pulled in throughout the night, but I was the only one sleeping there. There's some road noise from 101, but it was a lot quieter than most rest stops or pullouts.

Quite a few really great spots out here, I came in the dark & didn’t see a big mud puddle as I turned in & got stuck, luckily some locals passed not even 5 minutes later & were able to pull me out! Spent the night & woke up to rain so left right away unfortunately, was fishtailing down the long dirt road but made it to pavement. Wish I could’ve stayed longer!!

Super AMAZING place that you don't want to miss. Awesome owners and very friendly management & staff. Close to everything you need. Worth the price just for the pool and roof top relax area.

We camped here, needed our 4x4 and clearance of sprinter to get here. Amazing views and great camp at end of road (few on way there as well).

Big horn sheep keeping an eye on us and our dogs.

The rain started at 5am, when we got up we decide our best interest to get out before it go worsen
Great plan.

We had to infill the two bad wash out crossings with rocks to get through. Not having proper mud tires meant we also slid some once it got muddy. Exciting departure for us.

Hiked to hot springs after, posted update there as well. Trailhead listing.

After October 10th camping completely shut down (private and parks) so sleeping at the Irving it is. Bathrooms are clean. There were two semi-trucks parked here that left early in the morning.

Literally saw dolphins as we pulled up. I think there’s a thermal stream into the sea that starts a food chain nice for Dolphins.

Now 9000 entry and reservation required. Add the 1000 to the lady 50Om S past on the Careterra, for using her internet to register, and it’s debatable if it’s worth the time and the money IMO.

Perfect spot with the sounds of the ocean behind the cliff. As others have noted, there was a full timer and two others van lifers. We found this spot better compared to the one that’s a turnout that’s north of here. Our experience was that, there are many such pullouts or turnouts along this route without a “No Overnight” sign.

Asked at customer service and was ok to spend a night. Stayed at the end with the rental equipment out of the way, and away from traffic.

Wow, either I got unlucky or this place sucks. A gaggle of obnoxious car enthusiasts met here on a Wednesday night and I heard nothing but extremely loud revving engines for 2 hours. They raced around the area and returned to the lot for hours. If I learnt anything in my 5 years of living on the road, it’s that car noise sucks in America. I went to Calebas.

Next to the weighing area for trucks on the road, there is an abandoned farm shack. If you go through the gate (which was open), you can find numerous nice places to park and camp. We were with a campervan (not 4wd) and we spent a night here. We swam in the lake which was cold but nice. Very nice and very beautiful place!!
