Every day there is a free organ recital at the Mormon Tabernacle in Temple Square. It's about 30 minutes long and you just walk in, no tickets necessary. You don't have to be religious to enjoy hearing some music on one of the world's largest organs! The organ has 11,623 pipes and was first constructed in the 1860s. Check online for the performance schedule but it's usually at 12pm or 2pm. Doors open 10 minutes prior to performance.

The last metres are a beautiful 4x4 track. Better to visit on foot beforehand

emplacement bien pour prendre un peu de repos nous y étions en fin de saison alors l'info touriste était fermé bon pour nous. il y a une prise électrique à l'arrière de l'info tourisme nous nous sommes branchés elle fonctionnait.
nous y sommes restés deux jours à cause d'une tempête de neige. il y a une station-service au Tim Horton et une petite épicerie

Nice place in a non paved parking place close to the Village. Restaurants and supermerket very close, at the Village. Beutiful view of the Mountain and relaxed night hearing the bell from the nearby church. Paradise for Mountain bikers with lot of approved trails

still a good place. felt very safe with police patrol all night. ask a manager before. noisy until midnight on Sunday night.

We arrived Sunday afternoon and there were a lot of people but after 8 pm we were left alone. we slept very well

Heads up... the entrance from the north feels sketchy. There's some trash and the road gets tight & lumpy. Eventually, you pass a house (still feels sketchy) then you see a park bathroom at Finney Lake (starts feeling less sketchy). Continue south on the east side of Finney Lake. Very good garage for all the mechanical and also electrical stuff on your car. Especially offroad cars and Defender.
We went there because of a demage on our frame.
The guys welmed it professionally and quickly. They did a very good job in a really pleasant athmosphere and the price was also fair.
We can recommend them.

Water tab with 1/2 inch thread next to a pump station. Rins nicely but doesn‘t have too much pressure. Had to use my pump to get it upwards into my tanks. Alternatively theres a pressure pipe next to it. you need a 1.5 inch thread connector though…

Friendly locals, come here to get their drinking supply. One man meant the water is beeing pumped through 4 giant filters. Might be true, the water tastes very neutral. Good!

Don’t waste your time. This place probably used to be good but it’s no longer free and as of a week ago the managers have “invested” in the place by putting up a bunch of horrific vinyl tents on the best camping sites. Price is 1500pp or $5USD as of today.

They are really friendly people, just haven’t made the place all that nice for our Overlanding expectations. Also, fishing is only possible by boat.

Good flat spot away from the road in the bush. Good for motorcycle camping. Not accessible for vehicles. Walk down the hill to access water at the stream.

This finca its located at the side of Güéjar River, flat terrain that easily parks 20 or 30 rigs. The night cost $15.000 cop/person, they will try to charge for all package that cost $30 to $40 usd/person, but that is with food included (full pension). The entrance to the River cost $15.000 cop and you must pay a guide $50.000 if you want to see the up River and waterfalls. There is Wifi, bathrooms, restaurant and rooms. Bigs rigs can Get here with no problem

We slept there after walking in the magnificent trails of this place. we were not disturbed and no sign no Overnight camping. The road is nearby but quiet at night.

We spent two peaceful nights here. Ample space and safe. Close to walk to the center of Fray Bentos.

We pay 15 reais per person to spend the night. You can enjoy the structure the day you arrive and the next day until late afternoon. If using only the sleepless structure the rate is 5 reais. The restaurant is currently not working.

Very delicious food, 40 reais a kilo or serving once 25 reais. Accepts payment by debit or pix card.

We we’re here last night, it’s nice at the evening when all the flys are gone. During the day is was unbearable.
It’s ok to swim but sadly there is a lot of rubbish everywhere.

We spent a very quiet night sleeping in our tent. The staff es very nice. We saw the police several times. Not showers but perfect for one time. There is free hot water for mate.

Large Comedor Restaurant at the fuel station, with bathrooms and shower.
Stay overnight is campers seems to be no problem.
