A quiet place for nature lovers.
Horseback riding, bicycles and a fishing boat are available on site. Willing people can buy their own eggs, milk, cottage cheese and many other goods from our garden and orchard.
There are many attractive lakes, forests and rivers in the area.
The houses contain 2 double bedrooms, a living room with a kitchenette and a bathroom.
Each of the houses can accommodate 4 people and, when unfolding the corner sofa in the living room, additional 2 people.
Each room is heated and air-conditioned.

A really nice spot next to the bend of a small river. possible to drive almost all the way to it, and the car would then be fairly well hidden from the road. The river feels unusually warm. Not sure if it's coming from a hot spring or if its just lukewarm groundwater. Taking a bath at the pool bellow a tiny rapids feels really nice in the morning as the water is moderately warmer than the air.

I was sent here by the local genuine Toyota dealership in town. While reversing I hit a tree and the rear door was a bit bend. Toyota doesn’t do accident repairs.

The guys at Auto Take fixed my damage in 45mins!

Plenty of street parking, shady, flat, sweeping on Tuesdays.

A large waterfront public park with parking lot and public washrooms. There weren't any "no overnight parking" signs and I wasn't bothered when staying most of an afternoon and a night in my minivan. The park is popular with dog walkers and the parking lot is visible from the road. I stayed on a rainy weekday but I imagine it gets quite busy on weekends. A handful of other cars came and went while I was there, including a security guard that showed up around 9:30pm to check the washrooms.

Great spot, we stayed 2 nights. We went down the deep sand tracks to be in between two trees to be out of wind. You will need to deflate tires to climb back up in low gear and diff locks on. Mtc signal good on top of hill, spotty down below. Relatively clean, some toilet paper here and there. No one disturbed us.

Going North, you are only allowed to pass here if you are less than 3m high and less than 2,1m wide.

Place for 4 class B on the left hand side of the road.

Mediocre supermarket, but with an extensive supply of vegetables and fruits. Fish too.

This place is no longer accessible. At the end of the paved road is a big fence.

Small parking lot behind the Lexus Hotel directly on the beach. No other vehicles when we stayed. No facilities. The restaurant next to the parking lot was closed. Reasonably quiet, but mosque nearby.

Great free camping spot with a view ! The dirt road to the sites were bumpy so drive slow. I drove a 2WD Honda suv with no issues. T Mobile worked great !

place near grand Teton, perfect views. there is a latrine bathroom, you can only camp in assigned places so you have to arrive early, I arrived around noon and there were a couple of places. maximum 5 days of stay

I pay 125Tl for one night in a Tent and the Dog of the Owner was so loud in the night that sleeping was impossible.

Cool spot but unfortunately covered sporadically with mounds of dirt now all the way through.

dispersed camping in Glen Canyon NRA. these coordinates are to a generous pull off area where we camped for the night on a beautiful overlook. quiet and nobody came. cell service available.

Their system was broken, could not print out the form. Took a lot of explaining that I was trying for 3 days, sent me back to Bolivia but finally made the tip on their computer. Need lots of copies. Didn't look at the dog, although I had a paper from the vet. 3 hours

They accepted Visa card payment here. Not always the case in Uganda.

Noise from the road is very annoying! But of course the reason you come here is for the chimpanzee Tracking and for that matter spending one night here is absolutely worth it, especially for 10,000 UGX pp! We saw around 10 chimpanzees in a 3h30 hike +- 7km. It was very nice and the price 140,000 UGX is absolutely fair. Airtel and MTN internet signal works but very unstable!

Like all the others said, great place. Sunset is nice. Some road noise, but we were at the curb, overlooking the road (and helli pad). There were four others there also.

One of the nicest campsites so far. Managed with so much LOVE by a group of women from the nearby village. Everything shines with cleanliness and attention. The people are so friendly. It's just a dream. ...and all that for 200 pesos!

Excellent motorhome shop. They build motorhomes from scratch and have a very well equipped workshop. Sr Luis is the owner and he is a super nice guy! His number is +54 299 533 9423. Highly recommended!
