Peaceful, quiet. Fire pit but hasn’t been used in some time. Can’t hear the road, just the sound of nature, lovely spot.

An unforgettable place to sleep. We parked our car beside the hostel and ask they offered us to stay there and use bathroom and the fireplace, for 5 usd per person. We accepted. Maybe you can find another place close for free. The room is 15 usd per person. From there you can watch and contemplate the chimorango volcano without nobody else (the top of the volcano is the furthest point from the earth centre). We lived a night and a morning full of emotion. The owner has changed.

This campground is open and about 30% full. Still $10.00 a night.

Just off the road down a slope. Place where water tanker sucks up water. No mosquitoes only flies. Quit during the night. No facilities

Right off the Cassiar Hwy. Multiple camp spots, no facilities. Large covered structure to camp under with tent in the rain. Suitable parking area for large or small.

seasonal road open during the summer months. off the exit with the Vail pass rest area. steep road up, but doable with my f250 and truck camper in 2wd. a few spots along the road up the hill, maybe 5-8 sites after the top of the hill/parking lot. little to no TMobile with a booster. starlink works great.

Great little laundry mat! Good sized parking lot, single restroom, nice machines. Quarters only/change machine on site

LOVE this place! Coffee drinks are outstanding, but they also make great sodas and cookies! Nice places to sit either indoor or out in the shaded patio if you have a pup with you. Good WiFi and restroom as well

Very lovely. Quiet on a Thursday. 4 campsites. River is low right now but still nice for the dogs and wading.

Iliza beach is a real gem, very nice located and the views are amazing, the staff is very friendly and we had a great time. We are looking forward to comeback in November.

Probably the most neat and well kept bush camp I have visited
2 x sites (Motale and Nyala) on the river bank - can host larger groups. Kingfisher and Jacana camps along the waterhole with game viewing on your doorstep

It’s a machine outside for indoor water tank. Not for camper big tank, no hose.

Bit of a mission to get up here but no doubt a great place.
I managed in a 6m Sprinter so no 4x4 or high clearance needed.
did have to shunt a few times on the hairpins but not impossible.

Very good spot to sleep! nice, safe, quiet, with a few restaurants. A bit of music until 23h, but no youngsters partying with cars. Very zen

This is a lovely campsite, beautiful cemetary & church and the smell of lavender with a view of the lake. Thanks to the poster for marking this place.

Nice place. Good place if you like fishing. No facilities. But nice and level.

Natural Spring on the side of the road. Easy access with parking across the street. Locals call this place “Sloamy’s Tub”.

At end of Chemin Des Mines, past the other two listings and the private Club Nautique, you’ll come to a large open space on top of a hill. Lots of room and great views. Other, smaller spots are nearby.

Car park for boat launching, plenty of room to park all day but signs say no parking at night. Overnight parking at the ferry terminal 1 mile away.

Stayed two nights. First night we did street parking on Vermont street since it seemed to be more level. Great park for dogs, kids and just hanging out in the sun. There’s a dog park, basketball court, baseball field and playground. Plus lots of space to sprawl

Awesome spot. Well worth the extra few minutes drive to stay somewhere really nice rather than staying in town or at that truck stop at the highway junction.
There is one section of the road down which is a bit rough but definitely doable in 2WD with a bit of ground clearance.
Not too many level spots and it seems to get busy in the summer.
If you don't want to risk the road down there's also a parking right next to the road before the track down to here which is easily accessible and flat but doesn't have the views!

Great place to stay, until 7 pm there is tourist information and bathroom.

Spent a night here recuperating myself in a nice environment, went for a lovely run the morning after arrival before setting off once again - proved a little spot to lie in a hammock n read but locals had set up n seemed to be living here which was a little off putting
