K n C | Clean, organized counter for laundry drop off service. They don’t seem to offer same day option. 1-2 days typically. $10 for 7 kg bag. We received all of our laundry back and it was fresh and clean. They have a website and the phone number listed on Google maps is on WhatsApp. They were responsive and helpful in messaging. Great option if you are staying nearby to kite and/or surf for a while. |

fongsters | Most gorgeous view of Mt. Rainier. About 6 miles up NF 48 off Hwy12. Nice, flat gravel pit area frequented by target shooters. Picked up some trash, but could use a better clean up. Great spot besides. Nice creek noise-and that amazing view! |

ofsaltandcedar | Free water to left of building. We pulled in straight along the side as to be out of the way of the gas pumps. Very short water hose, so you will need to bring your own, or have containers you can take out of your vehicle to fill the water tank. Very busy gas station that has gas and diesel. |

mirja75 | Highly recommended campsite, run by Christoph and Claudia, a German couple with their two kids and friendly dogs. For now you can park or camp in their beautiful garden and use their toilet, shower, washing machine and sewage disposal on a donation basis. But they are already building an outdoor kitchen and bathroom. There is a very interesting tea factory to visit nearby (where you can also buy tea) and a possibility to have family dinner with their superfriendly Georgian neighbors. Christoph is willing to help you with any car or Camper-van problem and has already some good contacts in town. They stranded here with their self converted car a year ago and are definitely worth a visit! |

Lucas_Meets_World | True but if you were able to master roads in Guatemala, you (your rig!) can handle this section as well. It's really just a handful switch backs that are very steep, the rest is not a problem. |

Lucas_Meets_World | We actually stayed in the rooms so can't confirm if the owner is still offering camping. Its a really nice place though, beautiful landscaping, basic cabanas, nice owner and decent wifi at the house in the front... |

Jerome | Another year another visit. Campground remains effectively unchanged. Only one host this year and prices have gone up. Price listed on welcome boards was $25/night. This is up from last year. If you can reserve a site on recreation.gov the price appears lower. All reserved sites were occupied by dusk. And if you want a first come site you need to be there pretty early to secure your site. Mosquitoes were an issue this year, they weren’t last. We think the source was some standing water near site 35. Solar powered water pump still does not seem to work, but hand pumps do. |

Vanessa Rodgers | Wonderful and quiet. This is a rock riverbed with several fire rings. You are off the road to the glacier, however, there is very little to no traffic at night. RV's were able to get into the area. There is a boulder, however it is easy to navigate to get to the area and find your perfect spot. |
