we got Room 5 on ground floor which was perfect for our two bicycles. Beds are comfortable enough- price is excellent at 30BOB pp- esp since prices here seem pretty high everywhere else!
Staff are so friendly and kind.

Communal bathrooms and shower clean and water hot.
Internet is decent but does cut out from time to time.

V strong smell at start like previous comment said like paint thinner, but think it’s cleaning solvent so quite happy to know the room is clean! The smell subsided after just 15mins window and door open.

Camping pé na areia, um verdadeiro paraíso Lindo, Camping diferenciado ótimo estrutura, lugar seguro, limpo, muito organizado, com bom Wi-Fi, energia com uso de medidor, água liberada, no Camping tem restaurante com comida deliciosa e preço acessível e excelente atendimento.
Recomendo este é um dos melhores Camping que conheço.

Great spot away from all the rush in town. You can park after 8:30pm until morning. There's a drinkable water source in the children park entrance and toilets about 200m away from the place we parked. The park has a good infrastructure and worth a walk to the viewpoints. They claim this is the biggest park inside a town in all Latin America. This point is marked as "Wifi: Yes - average", but we only found wifi signal close to the pool at the top of the hill. No open wifi where we parked.

About €7 for just myself. Could park my moto inside the complex, lovely owners that speak English quite well

Stopped here to use RV Dump but there is not a dump station here! Confirmed with park manager.

Very nice place inside the city before the border with Tanzania. Quiet with security gard. We stay for free on the parking for one night. No noise anywhere.

They are a restaurant. We have half chicken and fries for 90 Kwacha each. Very kind and helpful staff.

T2 still be in very bad condition. Be careful, Hugh potholes on différents parts of the road, lots of trucks and bus driving fast. Lots of people on the back of the road.

We took the road to Kasama from Mpika, it's a better option. Road is good, no trucks. Somes potholes but it's easier to drive.

Plaza Vea supermarket, you will find all kinds of food including electrical appliances, as well as stores to purchase telephones and SIM cards for telephones, Claro, Telefonica, Entel.
They have a Global Net ATM useful for all credit cards.

This road from Brazzaville to Point Noire is not passable currently. After 25km of unpaved road you reach huge area of construction works and mud. Locals were showing me some detour for motorbike, but after few kilometers it was hard to find the way since no paths on the maps. Needed to come back to Brazaville

The Ranger of the Animal Reserve led us here at the foot of the dunes. Possibility to sleep in your vehicle but not in a tent.

The owner, Branson, is super friendly. He accepts caravans and tents. 100 rand pn for 2 peoples. access to the common kitchen and sanitary blocks. basic but very cheap and quiet.

Another option, very close to the edge. ( it's rather a gap) Walk a few metres to the cliff and the views are beautiful. Take track to the left immediately after the big board (with the photo) close to the main parking areas and drive towards the "Different Views" IOverlander spot. You can't miss a fork (after about 500 m) , turn right there. Altogether only 900 m after the board. Unitel H+

Good spot close to main road. Picnic tables, bins and good shade coverage. Nice views in the wheatfields and of Stirling Ranges. Great cell reception.

New road (still under construction) very picturesque will shorten the trip to the border substantially

Huge parking lot for the store. We parked at the south end of the lot. There is room for all size vehicles. The diesel generator for the store runs all night long. Big rigs also pull in. If you have ear plugs or noise doesn’t bother you, it’s just like sleeping in a truck stop. Next to a refrigerator truck but it is free! No WiFi except at store which charges. No cell. Store gates are locked when store closes so no bathroom at night.

Warning! At RFA Namibia side they said the card machine is not working now. They asked me to pay in Rand or Namibian dollars. I only had Bots pula or card or USD. They accepted Pula but for a bad rate 337N$=337Bots pula! I paid 337 pula and they give me back in Namibia dollars for the same 1:1 shirty rate. All in all just lost 7$ not a big problem but not nice behavior!

This was the fastest gas filling ever. Very quick and professional no problem for German bottle. I paid just 1.300 Rial
