Pull off RN5 to a soccerfield. Area before creek is fairly level sand, passing through creek terrain looks more level. Creek looks easy to pass but we didn’t want to try it with our motorhome. Close the 5 and thus visible from road, but for us not an issue. We had a quiet night. Traffic was slow and died down after 22:00. There is also a railway but we didn’t have much trains

8Q garrafones (20 L / 5 gallon). Coordinates are where you should park to fill up your tank via a siphon system or something similar. We spent 2 hours driving around looking for water that wasn’t 18+Q.

Place is on the corner. Guy brought out 5 garrafones. Super nice. Easy to drive a Ford Transit High Roof through.

Worst night of sleep at a Walmart to date. Trains go by and sound their horns frequently. Kids are also there doing peel outs at midnight. Never again.

Still a nice and quiet place to spend a night. At the T-crossing just before the turnoff you have a gas station, comedor and a little tienda.

We passed this hotel on our bikes thus morning. Everything looked very well maintained. There were large wooden billboards along the road with the name of this place. We saw people walking on the grounds of the hotel, so it definitely looked like they are open again.

Stayed last night - no other folks around, quiet and uneventful, other than a truck meet group for a few hours. There is RV and camper sign on left side of store nearest to PA.

A few restaurants around nice safe spot for a night

Arrived after closing. Seem to be the only car/van tonight. Parked on garden side. There’s highway noise but it was a peaceful night.

Just off of I 90, a very short (less than a half mile) drive up a pretty decent dirt road.

Wide spot in the turn suitable for one or two small rigs (Class C, van, small trailer, truck camper, etc.) google maps satellite view should give you a pretty good idea of what this looks like.

Two bars on AT&T LTE, and freeway noise in the distance competing for bird sounds in the morning.

Indian John Hill wayside rest station with RV dump facilities just a couple miles away, and the Cle Elum bakery(where I'm headed next) just 10 miles to the west.

Entrance to this road with signage indicating Washington State Discovery Pass required.

Caution… Pretty narrow roadway beyond here, so if you need to turn around you might need to go at least another half mile or further.

A fantastic spot. I didn’t even look for the formal campground; I just pulled into one of the marked parking pullouts. The road is fairly busy during daylight, especially on a beautiful Saturday morning, as the reservoir is a popular fishing/boating destination. It all quiets down at dusk though, and is just beautiful. Basically flat, with full TMobile service. Many parking areas have pedestrian access through the trees down the slope to the lakefront.

This place is an absolute gem. They have actual brown bread without a ton of sugar, with nuts and natural ingredients. Like real "European" bread. Best I've had after a year around South America. The coffee is also divine. They have a nice little patio to chill on, bring bug spray though. Coffee take away also available, along with the best brownies and some other delicious cakes. Not the cheapest, but seriously the best!

A large clearing right on the river a few miles into the forest road. 2wd is fine just a bit bumpy. This spot is quite large and could fit 6 or more rigs but I wouldn't venture down with a travel trailer or a big RV. There are two smaller spots along the road as well, one before and after. They're smaller and not as close to the water. the road out north gets bumpier and isn't much to see until you get to Camp 9 road which is horribly maintained. best to go out the way you came in
