$15 fee per night. Didn't stay here but it looked lovely and there were only a few campers and most of the sites were available.

We booked for a Friday morning. The group is asked to meet at this entry gate at 9am. From here a bus takes you up to the Observato
ry. It takes about an hour. Take warm clothes, the inside of the observatory is kept at nighttime tempera.tures. Our tour was mainly in Spanish with some Englush. We arrived back at the guard house at about 12:30. We enjoyed our tour.

Pas de panneau disant que l'eau est potable mais elle est claire et a bon goût. Pensez à avoir un tuyau sinon vous devrez faire des aller retour avec une bonbonne ou bouteille. La vidange des eaux également gratuite.

If you are stuck in this beautiful place you can sleep here safe! You can first check if you like it by using the banos for 1bol. They have a place behind the kind of hotel/restaurant where you can park safely with your car or van. Only rooftoptent no ground tent. There are also showers, we didnt use. There must be wifi but didnt use. Its just 10 bol for a car to camp here!! Really cheap! But basic ofcourse. But more safe then wildcamp here.

Perfect pizza as you wouldn't dare to dream to find in Argentina. Great fluffy dough on the side, thin and delicious in the middle with fresh and excellent quality product on top.

Air cooled Volkswagen mechanic. Bugs to Vanagons. Some parts sales. One man operation. Always busy. Call first, but you may need to call him more than once, and if you get your VW to him, expect it to be the next day service. Motel a block away and plenty of walking distance eateries nearby, as well as a small mall, pet supply and a tool store.

$7 hot showers. Nice facility. Only 2 stalls. There is a sign on the wall that says be courteous to others and limit your shower to 15 minutes.

Immigration checkpoint. Just want to see the passport and ask you where are you coming from and heading to. Very friendly.
Delay about 5 minutes at all.

We stayed here for a couple days while climbing cerro quemado. Big grassy area that stayed mud free despite some heavy rains. It was nicer and quieter than staying in the parking areas further in town. He charged us 10q per night per van. Access from here to the cerro quemado climbing cliffs was easier either walking the .8 km up the road or driving and parking in one of the big lots and hiking up from there. One day we tried to hike in from the soccer field and couldn’t make it to the climbing cliffs easily.

After a long drive we decided to stop here. But we cannot recommend it. 60$ a night for full hookup and showers from the 60s is much too expensive.
Definitely not the best place. There are a lot of RV parks here, the look even from the street better then this one.
Bad WiFi and no Starlink working because of all the trees. T-Mobile with two bars.

Vehículos largos no recomendado!

We tried to go with a long sprinter (413) of 7 meters, 200 meters after entering we could not continue since the truck crashed the back on a speed bump, this since it has a very long queue, but the track could not be seen in very bad condition. Long vehicles not recommended!

What a wonderful spot to stop for the night or a few days. Plenty of room for up to 10 campers. We had no AT&T service. A bit of noise from the highway when a car drives past.

The road is closed due to fire activity. I believe the forest service is performing controlled burns. The ranger said this area will be closed off for at least another week.

Pasamos una noche en esta estación, llegamos por la tarde y preguntamos al playero y al seguridad y nos indicaron por donde teníamos que estacionar. No nos cobraron nada. Consumimos en la tienda y cargamos combustibles.

Highway on one side, all the youngsters with their loud cars flying through the parking lot on our other side to congregate at the end. Nowhere near quiet! Lots of tankers pulling in as well. Sure hoping it settles down through the night. So far the worst Walmart we’ve stopped at. I would continue on if we weren’t already settled.

Stopped for dinner after ferry from NFLD. No signs restricting overnight parking. Very quiet night. Parking lot has significant slope so blocks may be required.

Slept here for one night. No issue during the night, but there were a handful of empty moving trucks also parked here that left around 5am. Woke me up. I would still recommend if you’re in a pinch and can’t find anywhere else. Just expect an early wake up call.

We have left our van at Rony's parking lot for 3 weeks in total. We found it the absolute perfect place to leave our van while hiking for 10 days and staying in an Airbnb in Cusco.
Super safe, very easy to get to when coming from the South and the 1sol bus (RTU 28) to Cusco city center leaves right in front of his gate. We paid 6sol per 24 hours but always tipped him. Rony is a really nice and trustworthy guy.
It's also possible to spend the night here, there are toilets and a shower.
We highly recommend.

Shower passes are $10 for the whole day, so you can go back later that day and take another shower if you wish & keep the receipt. You can get a towel for $1.

I’ve come here 3 times in the last week, I love it. No limit on showers and the water is hot. There are two locker rooms. I only went into the new one (to the right) and the showers are super nice. Lots of space to change and keep your stuff.

The water is back by the car wash. The short hose for potable water has a threaded end so it can be used with an inline filter.

A quiet little campground; we arrived at 3:30pm on a thurs and there were still 3 spots available including the one we took (#2). We are right by the river and a gravel boat ramp. The sites are level and the place is quite clean.
