Great quiet spot right on the beach. Plenty of space for multiple tents/cars. Flat ground that was comfortable to setup a tent.

This is a nice hideaway right off the South Rim road. Us and one camper were all that were in this area. 4-5 vehicles kept on going past us a good ways. Probably to another area like this. There’s a fire ring and picnic table at our site. Lots of flat spots.

A very clean laundromat with decent restrooms. Free WiFi.
This is not a coin-laundry, you must purchase a laundry card on the wall and put money into the card. Not the best system in the world but it works in a pinch. Elks Club across the street with cheap adult beverages!

Anyway, this is a cool little state run campground, and the only one inside the Monument boundaries. It's called Belle Fourche River Campground. 50 sites. 2 loops, A and B. Campground host on each loop, and they are very active in the park, checking on things and greeting people.. All the sites are pretty big. Pull thru sites, with plenty of space to set up tents, etc. All sites have a picnic table and firepit with grilltop (fire ban is in full effect....signs posted that you will be arrested if you start a fire!) There are dumpsters and vault toilets 🚻 spread throughout. Lots of nice shade trees, but unfortunately they block your views of the tower....and almost totally at some sites....but im sure it can get super hot 🔥some days....so I guess that's the trade off. Sites are spreadout pretty well, but not alot of privacy. Generators ok 8am to 8pm. There are freshwater hand pump wells here too. Cost 20 bucks, plus park entrance fee. Park is about half full and it's first come first served....but don't worry if filled up....plenty of campgrounds outside the park to take your money!....so you won't be stranded. No OTA TV. VZW internet struggled during the day with heavy use clogging up bandwidth. Day was 2 mbps down/ 1 up. Nightime/early morning... 9 mbps down/ 3 up. ATT Consistently slow and pretty much usless. Voice calling ok.

Not much else to do in the area, so this will be a one and done for me and likely most people that visit.....but I think seeing the Devils Tower is bucket list worthy....and this camp makes it a pleasure to help make it happen!

Very disappointing place for tents. They're just off the road and the traffic noise is unbearable. Also, extremely expensive ($35) considering that there are much nicer spots for half the price. Sadly I got stuck here for the night. At least they have relatively nice showers/restrooms.

I stayed here in a camper van 3 different nights throughout the week. I would arrive around 7pm and leave by 7am, and had no issues. At least 20 other rigs every night I was here… also lots of cars w/ Alaska plates spending the night, as well. Maybe commuters? Lots of green space for pups, on leash only.

Nice park. As I was sitting with my car door open, a man came by & let me know that overnight parking is not allowed in this park. The sheriff comes at 10pm & shoos everyone out & locks the gates. He suggested another nearby place (~5 miles?) I could park. Will enter a new location for the next person to come thru.

Along Toland and Jerrold avenue lots of people park their RVs. they stay overnight, and sometimes a couple days. Just be aware of street cleaning zones which are posted with white and red signs.

don't be a nuisance, and try to spread out so that a lot of vehicles are not gathered all together.

the neighborhood has Jack in the box, mcdonald's, burger king, several Mexican and Chinese restaurants, and also car repair and gas stations nearby. there is also a porta potty outside the Burger King.

McDonald's has free internet if you get close enough.

it's quiet at night and noisy during the daytime since it is an industrial area.

2 sites each with a fire pit! Nice view on the valley! I was making my way to the Burnell lake but the road is not the best with a van. I decided to stop on this site by pulling of the road.

Very tasty vegan meals, most of them with an Asian twist.
Totally worth it. Hard to find such a quality vegan meal for such a price.

The street is closed off so the bars can have a terrace on the street in front. Especially lively during weekends.

Very quiet and scenic rest stop for a night. Super clean pit toilets, picnic tables, and grounds in general. Not only will you have a quiet sleep you also get an outstanding view of the mountains in Glacier NP. If you pull in for sunset it is spectacular over the Park mountains. You can fall asleep to the sound of coyote howls at night. 2 bars 4G on Verizon as well.
