funandadventurous | We’re here the second time and yes it’s still open both water and Sanidump. The dump is not quite leveled so we have to put the blocks on front wheel of the truck to make sure it will properly drain both black and grey water. |

juliedybdahl | Another great place to spend the night! There’s lots of space here, though the dirt road out is narrow and pretty rough. There is space here, but I would think big rigs would have trouble here. Our RoadTrek did fine. There is a home right next to the lighthouse, but they must be used to people overnighting here. Great view, quiet spot, but you must be completely self-contained and take your trash with you. |

Calderescapes | We decided to ask inside and they said park anywhere in the dirt lot. There are lots of potholes so you have to maneuver to get level but we did it. Open fast WiFi reached us from station. A said above, okay for a night. |

foodieintransit_ | Extremely bumpy on the way in but if you go slow, can make it past but also in a Toyota Highlander. Great service, spent the day working remote here. Only had one dirt bike pass through in early afternoon. |

thedragonwagon.me | Drive along the road until we found a secluded spot. Beautiful yellow aspens now. Even saw what we think is a Mexican Wolf. (maybe a coyote) Quiet until morning when we heard hunters shooting so we got outta there. No Verizon signal. Keep your dog close on leash due to the wolf/coyote. Great spot! |

SnowyMT | Beautiful spot for up to 6 separate campers by the outlet of Lake Alva on the Clearwater River. Open location for a group of up to three vehicles, plus a tent spot or two and another couple spots for a truck camper or can. 2WD accessable, but NOT for big rigs or long trailers due to the incline and abrupt change in level, bit perfect for pickups and vans. About 1/4 mile west of Highway 83 on good gravel, then a couple hundred yards down to several level spots. No toilets, no water, no picnic tables, but there are a couple fire rings. Technically, this is a "No Firewood Cutting" location, but another half-mile west is open to cutting dead trees. Remember to pack out your trash and keep the area clean. This is grizzly bear country, so keep food, coolers and garbage inside your vehicle. |

dougsurfspr | Addition to previous comments. Do not go if it’s been raining. The waterfall is dangerous and not swimmable. The road is very muddy. The hot saunas are very stinky and smell like petroleum as well as the pool. |

theewinnievan | Listing says closed but we checked it out while passing through. Apparently a bunch of teens gather here most nights and rev their engines in their cars and do burnouts. We didn't last 30 minutes. Def not a good spot. |

Camping by the river | 41.66877, 26.55178 | |
surfer_mango | Accessible by 4x4 or 2D with high clearance and plenty courage. Not for big rigs. Lots of plants scratch the sides if your vehicle is large, and it rocks wildly side by side from the potholes. The place itself is alright, not worth the struggle |
