Quiet spot to spend the night with a sunset view WELL worth the drive off of the highway. As the sun went down, small gnat type bugs were pretty intense so be prepared for that.

Dirt parking in front of the hotel. Asked the owner if we could stay for the night. We parked along the swimming pool, the only flat space.
A little bar opens very late an trucks stop there for a drink. It was a sunday night and loud music was on until 1 am.
Anyway, there were not many opportunities on our way from Zapaquira to Medellin. We stayed for free.

Very nice free campground right next to the lake. Almost all spots are right next to the water, lovely for swimming, kayaking. There is a dock as well. 2 very clean pittoilets. Only 3 or 4 spots suitable for big rigs.
We stayed here for 4 nights. There were always 2/3 spots still available while we were here. This is our favorite spot in Canada so far!

This place is simply great. We were able to park our 19 foot trailer at the end just in between a nice wharf and a great beach. Nobody came to ask us anything. Stayed one night. Just beautifull... water was at 21 C

Cute little campspot for trekkers for up to 5 tents and one shelter. Cold shower and toilet is available, so is sink and electricity to charge up devices.
Just 5 € per night. Owner Monique checks in every day, making sure all is well.

Cutout on left side of road just before gate, no signs saying you can't stay there. Gate closes at 6pm, so arrive earlier if you want to park beyond the gate. I parked in the cutout, large enough for 2 vehicles parked next to each other. Saw single car turn around at gate during the night, people started showing up very early for the trails. Nobody bothered us or minded.

Tons of broken glass and spent casings littered the ground. It had a nice view. Did have a guy want through our camp wearing tactical gear, assault rifle on his back, handgun on thigh and what seemed to be a ballistic helmet covered in ghillie material

There are no facilities at this location and I found it by chance. It's at White River rest area of of Webb Lake[123] rd. It's above the lake and a great spot to boondock.. I stayed for two days with no problems and ine other car pulled in for one night. It's connected to the rest area by a broken gate and gravel rd. Just drive into rest area and make the first right on Webb Lake Rd.

Conveniently located. There is a check in kiosk if the attendant isn't there. Campground is along river and a section further back in the trees. Trains run by during the night but they are more of a drone. We didn't hear any whistles.

36 sites, many on ocean front. Rocky beach. Very quiet, mostly retired residents but some sites are available for travellers. Call to reserve first since gate needs a code. Very nice spot to enjoy the sea view, passing cruiseship, seals and gulls. Beaches, hiking trails and winery at less than 10 minutes drive. Kayak rental in summer, boat ramp.

Only stopped at this place as it has shade for most of the day. But watched numerous locals pull up and fill gallons of water here.

Finlay FSR,(not far from the Mackenzie junction) turn off hwy 97,go past Windy Point Rec site, past a log sorting lot, turn off for Tudyah is on the left hand side, road is a little narrow ,steep in some spots as well as overgrown. Very doable in 2wd We navigated a 28 ft class C down. 3 Rec spots with fire pits, tables and theres a small boat launch. Plenty of wood to scavenge here. 1 pit toilet and some walking trails. Quite private.

Very nice camping place, the path leading there from the main road was easy to find even after nightfall
The camp sites next to the lake were nice and isolated, not too much garbage. Just beware of the scorpions roaming around here after nightfall, we were unsure whether they are dangerous but just be aware of that.

Nice Area close to the road heading to Croatia, but out of sight. It is good reachable for motorbikes or bicycles. we spend on night there with a tent and two motorcycles. Maybe some people with their dog will come by, but they didn't say anything to us.
