Parking spots in front of Lake Okanagan’s Willow Beach, toilets, picnic table, water, no signage of « no parking », good cellular reception, stayed here in September 2021 for three nights, no problem. A bit busy with people and cars but quiets down around 11 pm. Good spots

Wow what a amazing place! The owners and staff make you feel super welcome. We stayed for 3 nights. Price pppn is 20 sol for staying in our van wich is a super good price for the facilities. The food you can order is good and not to expensive. Hot showers and clean bathrooms. Nice tv to watch footbal with the owners at night. You can book tours to islas ballestas and the national park. One of the nicest places we had in the last 4 months.

This was quiet overnight and small, we stayed in the parking lot proper to stay out of the way of trucks since it was already busy when we arrived at 6pm
Def good for a night, but did smell all night of fumes…if you’re weak in the stomach like yours truly, maybe skip. Otherwise, all good for a night sleep, and has an attached fuel station to fill up before getting back out there.

Water faucet behind bathroom. The crew cleaning the bathroom said the water is potable.

Had 2 great nights here on a wed and thursday. 2nd night there were dirt bikes ripping through the woods at 1am but they didn't bother us. A local told me it will be very busy at the weekend so maybe best to avoid unless thats what you're after. Access via a single lane aspalted road, 30 footers and 5th wheels aren't uncommon here apparently but I'd say it's too tight unless you're a good driver.

Conveniently located off the highway. Doesn't open til 8am went for coffee at Cafe Morgane instead great coffee and atmosphere but pricey.

Several informal campsites along Straits of Mackinac. Right along shore, great views of Mackinac Bridge. Group of 1/2 dozen tent campers just east of me, but very quiet place to spend the night. Access is by gravel road. Good AT&T coverage.

There was a 24 foot RV and me there. Small pond with 4 to 5 sites. Not suitable for long trailers.

Feels nice to sleep at 80 degrees instead of 100! Higher in the mountain, this is the coolest place we found to sleep. Pullout on a quiet road, very dirty (look like people come here to dump there things) but do the job for a night.

Ça fait du bien de dormir à 22 degrés au lieu de 36! Plus haut dans les montagnes, c'est l'endroit le plus frais qu'on a trouvé pour la nuit. Très sale, on dirait bien que des gens viennent y jeter leurs déchets, mais ça fait le travail pour la nuit!

los guías de la reserva son amables. hay baños, hay electricidad, hay duchas, tenés para hacer varias caminatas. la entrada y estadía es gratuita. La Reserva está muy. bien cuidada y mantenida.
Hay que llevar la comida que vayas a necesitar y un poco de agua, ya que no hay despensa, almacén o venta de comida.

Quiet. Easy to get in from south end. We drive across bridge w no problems to see the river beach, more scenic, but the beach camping would have been a bit ‘iffy’ for us. We were just there for a sleep so other side was fine.

A little street food stand outside extra storage. Guy is super welcoming and friendly. The best hot dogs we’ve had in Canada!! And so cheap. Worth a stop for a quick bite.

A most interesting place: see almost endless piles of harvested cork, ready to be processed.
If you are lucky, a member of this 4th generation family business takes time to explain the essentials of this fascinating natural product!
The shop offers a very broad range of locally manufactured products … much more relaxed than in the packed shops in Évora, definitely not ‚Made in China‘ … and definitely around 30% cheaper!

Fantastic views. Helpful staff. $10pppn camping. Opened a cottage for us to use hot water and shower after 6:30 when the generator goes on. Breakfast available from 0500 meaning you can get to the North Tangi gate for the park early for game drives. It's only 10 min from the gate which opens for game drive at 0630. Elephants close by. Near lake so a few mozzies but not swarms. Breakfast was $10 but I lcuded fruit, juice, coffee, eggs and toast with jam and butter

Here is a shoulder next to the street, big enough for 2 big rigs. We had a quiet night.

I booked a private room for two on booking.com for 42 sols, the room was so lovely, it had great big Windows that looked out across the river (although there were other rooms which I don't think were quite so nice, I'm not sure what we did to get the nice rooms). the showers are solar so hot during the day, we arrived at 6 and they were warm.
dinner was great, veggies, rice, avocado and eggs tortilla with potatoes, 20 sol.

Every overlander should get a pf membership. shower. gym. Passed by at night saw some van and rv in the lot with genetator on, assuming overnight.

Established campground, wide and shadow sites with electricity. No water or dump at sites. You should reserve via reserveamerica.com. Price is 30$ per night, WiFi is not included, for using the shower you need coins (1$ for two coins), dump station just 1 mile away. The whole night you can hear trains blowing. To expensive for what you get, a lot extra to pay, plus a fee for the nature park 12$ per night

Belle place tranquille, aucun bruit et très noire. Le gazon est très long, style mauvaise herbes…beaucoup de maringouins mais une vue superbe!

Picnic area and campground with about 6 spaces in gravel road loop at left and right side. Flowing well with cold water.

Area rcently flooded, and some repairs have been made, but outhouse says "enter at your own risk" and is pretty bad. We didn't use it or stay here, but might be better in the future.

Low area with mosquitoes, even in September. Might be worth a night if you really need a free place. T mobile cell available.
