we got a notice that we couldn't park overnight here and that towing would be at own expense, we were in front of the seafood city so maybe go right in front of planet fitness!

We were going to camp in the parking lot for the boat tours which was fine really and we paid the 10 peso parking fee and were told it was fine to stay overnight. But we looked across the lot and road past a gate that led to the river and it looked prettier and with shade. We asked at the taco stand by the gate and the lady we spoke with said she owned this land and we could park for 100/ pesos per vehicle. So she opened the gate and we drove in. It was lovely because we had shade, our own river access, the birds were everywhere and the setting really was beautiful. There looks to be a pit toilet here but didn't use it. No other facilities. On Mapsme this campground is listed. We launched our packrafts here and kayaked up the river to the base of the falls. We really enjoyed this spot and seeing the falls that way was incredible.

Still free sani dump and non potable water. They don't have potable water here

This is the water reclamation plant. Sign at the gate will direct you to the left. Stop at the brick office to sign in. It’s just a sign in book. Carry on past the office towards the back corner. Dump is at the very back and has a sign, but it’s facing away from the office. Rinse water provided and free.

They now have signage, at least on Jefferson Street, that says no parking from 1 AM to 5 AM. I didn’t see the signs until this morning so I parked here last night and luckily didn’t get towed or didn’t get a ticket, but it does say they’ll tow you theoretically. 😢

Tried to hook up our hose, but either not enough pressure. .not sure. couldn't fill our Winn View tank here.

Here to fill tank on Winn View. Had hose with no threads, couldn't get it to work with our water bandit. No luck here for tank fil.

It is very safe to park here. Many cars and a lot of people are doing the little hike up to the art forest. Its beautiful!! Upstairs you can have drinks, coffee, and lunch! Like a pizza or tostada. With a beautifullllll vieuw. Everything us made out of wood. They make a fire for the pizza and they have swings to sit on. Its gorgeous. We drove in our volkswagen t5 and very doable. You do not need a 4x4. The road is sometimes a bit bumpy and then good again so just do it. Every car can do it. The entrance cost 1000 pp. very worth it

We stayed here for the night. Many motorhomes around us. It is allowed to stay, but we found the place too busy and preferred staying at the YPF station near the city entrance roundabout. There are toilets available at the nearby YPF.

We stayed overnight near the lubricants store. We had (slow) wifi in the car. Toilets opened until around 10:30pm. Showers were out of order during our stay. Hot water at ARS 10 (yes, ten Pesos). You insert the coin and water is available for about 1 minute (time to refill many bottles, if you need). Very nice staff. We were allowed to work inside the shop the entire afternoon, being able to use their electricity. We were also lucky to see a Zorro during the night.

10000pesos now for camping. got greeted by a super grumpy lady that pretty much straight out told me the price when I asked about the place. thankfully there's also another person here with a better attitude. Luke warm shower. place is okey. wouldn't recommend it

The empanadas is awesome too! Love the ice cream with many new flavours and generous portions.

Go here for shure! Beautiful art in 52 trees. Its a 30min hike up and 30min hike down. Entree is 1000pp and that money goes to the bomberos i think. They made this art to support all the forest fires. When we where there, there were also forest fires on the other side of the village. What a crazy view is that.

At the top after your hike you can have a nice coffee, then do the walk (15min). Then we went for a swing with a view and you can eat lunch afterwards there. Good pizzas and tostadas. The matte was also nice. (You get a matte and a 1liter water so it is a lot. (500pp) 1000pp if you want to keep the glass haha.

Enjoy!!!!!!! Go in the morning around 10:00 so you will be first. Also the parking lot is safe! The drive to it also. No need for 4x4

Rather news Small and very friendly restaurant with a wonderful owner from northern Chile. mixed food from Pacific south America. had a lovely Carne mongoliana here. Rodrigo was a great cook and talked both English and some french

Laverie non automatique, vous déposez votre linge et vous le récupérer laver sécher plié. Une panière à linge remplie égale 25 reais pour lavage, 25 reais pour séchage. Très bien laver, Très agréable. Je recommande

Multi-story Parking garage 2h is free. 2-2.5h is $5. 2.5-3 h is $7. 3-3.5 h is $9. 3.5-24 h is $11. Lost ticket is $11 fee. There is two entrance with a gate, any entrance is fine. P.S. after 2h you can reentry and again it be 2h free lol

Nice little cafe for tea and cake stop. Very clean toilets. Friendly lady owner

Still a good spot in 2023. Had no issues or visitors in the night, not even mice.

everybody is super kind. they're is no restaurant but local proposed to make food for us. they grow and sell coffee.

Nice hike, it's mostly uphill. Be careful the wind can be very strong and the middlepart is very muddy. Hiking poles recommended, they are very helpful. The view at the top is amazing!

We just took a shower here. Also paid 1500 Pesos per Person.
Right Bathroom: toilet did not work and the room was not lockable. Shower nice and hot.
Left bathroom: everything worked perfectly. Nice hot shower.

Got a lovely private room right off the street, $6,000 ARS / night. Double bed, shower, sink, and some tea supplies. Sabrina was super lovely and showed us a private spot to keep our bikes.

Highly recommended to stay here. Alex is very friendly, speaks excellent English and will look after you. Enough room for 2-3,vans. The entrance is tight, best to send a message to Alex to let him know your coming so he can help guide you through the entrance. I had no problems with my 21ft promaster.

Beautiful place to park on the waterfront. Beautiful beach to enjoy. Quiet, with a view of the sea, and restaurants around. The police pass by. People very friendly. We stayed for 1 week without problems in March (end of season).
2 blocks away there is a store that rents out its bathroom, its owner is Jonas and he is very kind. There are also chemical toilets on the beach.

Hermoso lugar para estacionar sobre la costanera, y hermosa playa para disfrutar. Tranquilo, con vista al mar, y restaurantes alrededor. La policía pasa seguido, las personas son muy amables. Nosotros estuvimos 1 semana sin problemas en Marzo (fin de temporada). En un almacen a 2 cuadras, se alquila baño, su dueño se llama Jonas y es muy amable con los viajeros. También hay baños químicos en la playa.
Pudimos trabajar abriendo puesto de feria y vendiendo comida en la playa.

Local muito deserto. Ficamos receosos e nao dormimos. Passamos apenas o dia.

Spending the day out here when a park ranger stopped and said that we were more than welcome to camp out here. The trail goes around the lake and he said there is hiking and camping. There are some spots with fire rings. Usually pretty busy at night with people fishing. He said if anyone bothers you over night just say that you’re fishing.

Basic laundromat, no frills. Spacious level parking lot and not crowded mid week.
