We stayed one night at the place. It is very quite just one woman past and a few cows.
Very close to the road, you can hear the traffic.
Still very hidden.

Propane closed. Sani dump closed. Other than gas, nothing here.

Self service or pay to have your laundry done. We elected to do a medium load ourselves. We were done in less than two hours. We paid after we were done and our bill was 100 pesos. To have it washed and dried for for you is 26 pesos a kilo for a minimum of 104 pesos.

Nice hotel in a good location for a reasonable price. Clean rooms, hot water with good water pressure, fan (in closet), secure parking, wifi. Due to the steep and tight streets in this town, large vehicles might have trouble navigating through town. Heavy motorcycles need to be prepared to navigate steep cobblestone roads, which can be treacherous when wet. This hotel is right off the main road, but for the parking garage you will need to navigate one steep incline, followed immediately a very sharp turn.

Specialist in auto transmissions, including for north American vehicles - I went in when mine got too stiff to use; they were busy (generally a good sign) but made a date for a couple of days later - took it apart, identified a rusted cable as the culprit, and had it greased up and back to fully functional in a matter of minutes, for 20,000 colones. Happy to recommend them.
Access is a right angle turn into quite a narrow and partly obscured passageway, and the sign is only visible from the same side of the road, so not easy to find if coming the other way.

Public sand beach with lot of space to park under pine trees or direct on the beach - bit dirty but very quiet at night - no one is bothering you here - locals come here for swimming

As an additional note there is plenty of street parking on Calle Del Llano half a block from the laundry. We parked our 21 foot van opposite the entrance to the parking lot of the Hotel La Misión.

Honestly this place saved me. It is a bit run down and some picnic tables are broken, but there is a spot which was a good for stealth camping (I’m on a bicycle) .
Nobody is using the ramp overnight!There is otherwise nothing around to camp on the willamette valley “scenic” bike ride which I started from Eugene and that goes on till Portland. I had lots of headwind and did not think that it was worth it. Many miles were just fields without much to see… and few forests to camp. The mountains were easier!

Liberia to IC. easy on Liberia side (less then 5min). took very long (more then 1 h) on IC side (checking passport and visa), seems to be easier/ faster if you come prepared with a hotelreservation. Crossing on small motorboat 1person+ bicycle 5USD.

Small hotel with extremely friendly staff, clean rooms and best rate we could find in Erzurum. We could even use their washing machine for free and they let us print some documents. Simple but good breakfast included. Tea for free all day. Relatively fast Wifi. Motorbike parking in the street directly in front of the hotel, they have security cameras and look out: When we came back from dinner and it started to rain, they had put some improvised covers over our bikes. So sweet!

Small pull off for 1, maybe 2 vehicles. Some ruts so will take a second to level. Fire pit to the right by the main view, you can back down and setup tent if you have 4wd and high clearance. Sooo much firewood to use. clear this place out and keep it clean.

We tried to get to this place but Google maps routed us wrong so we had an interesting experience coming up to a non navigable path and had to turn around. But we got parked and hiked to the place instead then determined the right way to go. When you come off the highway and are driving through the little town, turn left at the school and little supermarket. Don't go straight like maps tells you. Then you'll drive down the good dirt road ( it's paved at first) and arrive to this pleasant spot. The pic here is of the spot itself from the top of the hill above it.

Excellent brake and spring blade repair garage, they have a lot of stock and parts. The prices are very inexpensive

Absolutely beautiful place to stay, now almost empty before sunmer season

A chain of insurance agents located across the city, they can provide brown card insurance for foreign cars.

We got ours here after arriving from Ghana. Very friendly staff, and very professional office. It wasn't particularly cheap, at 45,000 CFA, but this was for 6 months. We only wanted 2 weeks but that would have cost more. We were in desperate need and happy to pay the price, which was still cheaper than what they tried to charge at the Senegal border for 3 months.

Tajine très bon mais 80 Dirhams ! Jamais payé un tajine si cher.

Great camping 5km up Finley Canyon Road, which is 2km past any properties and snow plow turn around. National forest land. Several other options in the area. Good gravel road access. Quiet, flat open area with fire ring plenty of deadwood around. 1 bar cell service. Only saw 1 bicycle and 1 side by side on a weekday in May. No other campers.

Quite relaxing and very beautiful. Very clean and just enough room to park the 5th wheel by the water. Lots of parking around a gravel area further out the road from the highway. Starlink is good, some buffing between 6 pm and 8 pm. Bring your own supplies! Located 52 miles north of the Denali Park entrance. No Fee.

Very easy border. It is a joint arrangement with both countries. They do the paperwork together for immigration and vaccination check. Just drive up into the right side (Togo bound) of the site and park up. The officers are very helpful and show you where to go. The Togo visa is 25,000CFA and very simple to get.

As for carnet, the Ghanaian police will stamp you out here (although I had to help as they didn't know what to do). As for the Togo stamp, ignore the officers directions, it isn't at the exit gate. You have to drive out of the first building to the roundabout, head right to a large building with lorries around. Park up just before the covered section and heading along to where there are some steps up to an office. Here they can stamp you in, although again they need some help with what to do.

Once done you can head back to the roundabout and then through the rope barrier.

Overall, a very relaxed and friendly border crossing, just a little confusing regarding the carnet.

Watch out as their were some friendly police officers at a road block a couple of miles away trying their luck for some money. We played confused and they let us go quickly enough.

Vale la pena visitar este pequeño pueblo. Su iglesia y sus catacumbas. La gente es muy amable.

We drove through here without any problem, didn't get stopped.
