Vale la pena visitar este pequeño pueblo. Su iglesia y sus catacumbas. La gente es muy amable.

As described, very nice campsite, very clean facilities, very hot showers. Restaurant on-site. Slightly expensive for 2 cyclists + 1 tent though.
Per person 8€
Per tent 5€
Plus tourist tax
We paid 20€ in the end (small discount). In May there are less expensive apartments available in the area. But if you’d like to camp, this is a very good place!

Still unlimited time & hot water. Still $4.00. Private cubicles with a bench & clothes hook. Shower curtains have magnets on the bottom to stop drafts and overspray on your clothes. Very friendly staff.

Beautiful, secluded spot. Signs stating restoration in progress so stay within the camp site and don't hike outside of it.

Pretty much the last spot to camp before the road gets super gnarly on the way to some fabulous trails with cliff dwellings. Pretty flat, very little shade, but a breeze (sometimes). Very long gravel road with several river crossings. Beautiful and quiet - a couple cows and cowboys passed by.

about 80'000Gs for a dorm bed. this is THE place in Asuncion to meet other foreigners exploring the city/country. better vibes than at Isla Fransia (which is still nice). gets easily fully booked from my experience so keep that in mind when planning your stay here.

This place has easy access off of I-5, but not so close that traffic noise is a problem.

We made our reservation online, without difficulty, but you could probably walk up without any problem. (There were at most half a dozen vehicles in a park with 40 or so spaces.)

The hook ups were fine. Wi-Fi was surprisingly good, although it would likely deteriorate if the park was full.

The worst part was the showers and restrooms. They were a mess, but upon our arrival at 7:30, the host casually mentioned they would be closing in 30 minutes. I don’t think that was disclosed on their website.

Three steps: 1. Cancel TIP 2. Aduana inspection 3. Deliver keys and do port paperwork.

Gianella at the office speaks some English and was very helpful through the process. See othe entry for Agunsa shipping agent.

This is a special place. The Owner, Joachim, a German, married with a Moroccan, is a well known Mineral collector and processor of Minerals, mainly Agate. He builds his amazing dream house for his collection (in construction), with guest rooms, parking places for Campers. With Pool, fresh water, electricity. Surrounded by Plantations, Garden (bio) in a quiet place. The place is worth a big detour. Joachim is an Artist and was Tourist guide in Morocco. Extremely frindly and willing to show his activities, his workshop, and to propose tours.
To enter the place use the correct entry at (33.142027*N / 5.916262*W) ca. 190m north-east of the track, shown in maps.
