I paid 13.000 MK for a room without own bathroom. Bathroom in the corridor.

The lady on the Malawi side asked for a Covid vaccination certificate, and I had to convince her, that Malawi doesn't require it anymore. She insisted, then I said, that the only country in the world requiring a negative Covid test is Turkmenistan. She said: "Are you serious?" I said: "Yes"
Then it was all right.

The border personal said, I as a Swedish citizen need a visa for Malawi. I said, no, I can visit Malawi visafree for 30 days. In the end I got an entry stamp for 21 days.

Free! Views are stunning! Breathtaking. Level spot. accessible with 2wd regular clearance. Right next to a road that is not frequently traveled. no cell service. super close to Goblin Park ($20 per car entry there and $5 per person shower pass if not camping).

Parked in the rear lot RV section. Row was level and I had a nice night’s sleep. The noise is less than a Cracker Barrel.

Great spot, lots of space for any vehicle. Track in is slightly sandy in places but only a minor problem if on a motorcycle. No problem for other vehicles I think

A nice spot for sure, only two motorcycles passed in the morning but very friendly saying hello but didn't stop. Very few flies and bugs around too compared to other places in Congo! Great spot and there is 4g signal on airtel

Great views, took a little to find an open flat cliffside spot for a ground tent. 2-4bars of 5G AT&T. Beautiful sunrise and sunset.

We had a theft out of our chalet! It can’t be locked. We saw the incident from the restaurant opposite. Rushed to chalet, found wallet out of rucksack, called duty manager immediately. Higher management refused any responsibility. Be warned

Stayed the night with no issue on a Tuesday night in mid May.

Perfect place for the night. Flat, safe, quiet, nice people, good neighborhood…

Nice quiet campground. No Verizon service. AT&T spotty. Pit toilets, no water or dump.
There is one long pull through but the camp roads would be tight.

Stayed here for 1 night. Area felt safe and was pretty quiet with a little traffic noise.

The only choice in town is this place. Especially if you’d like to fill up with water and dump rubbish. And for the price of $42 CAD you might as well shower!

Stayed here one night with no issues in a 25” class c. Four bars of TMobile. Nice place to rest for a night.
