I stayed two nights here. So far so good!

for information : if your motor home is 4 m high, you cannot reach the camping, the bridge before the entrance is too low !
Bridge allowance +/- 3.50 m.

Excelente estrutura, paramos apenas para abastecer e almoçar, o restaurante tem uma marmita muito boa, da pra 2 pessoas. os banheiros estavam super limpos e o banho custa R$5 reais.

Great spot to camp at Whitmore Trailhead! 60+ miles of wash boarded dirt road (to arrive at the Bar 10 Ranch), then 10 miles of rough 4WD road over sharp volcanic rocks, but worth the trouble. The spot to the right can handle large groups (there was a group of six 4-Runners yesterday). The spot to the left is smaller, but has great views of the canyon. If you want more privacy, there are multiple camping spots on the road to the right, toward Echo Canyon (.1 miles easy 4WD).

100x worse than the road to Agua Verde. One is a quick pucker on steep and narrow, the other is a relentless seige on internal organs and anything not nailed down in the camper. (Nails will probably vibrate loose, too)

A great park to hang out in during the day. I parked over by the senior center on the north side of the park but there is also parking on the south side. I got some work done with the FREE public wifi (Yanney Park Guest) that I was able to get in the park. There is a fabulous garden they were getting ready for the season when I was here and there were water fountains in the gardens. A look out tower that you can walk up the stairs and get a great view. There is a nice amphitheater, tons of paths to walk/bike on. On the south side there is a playground, Marina (where you can rent swan paddle boats, regular paddle boats, kayaks) and concession stand. I am assuming there are bathrooms (probably in the Marina building) but I have not found them yet. All around a great park!

The road is rocky, narrow and a bit muddy. You also have to cross water (about 25cm deep).There is no turning area before the water. In general ist’s a nice spot right next to the ocean.

Bureau du tourism et camping sur le bord de l'eau. Camping pas encore ouvert mais on pouvait coucher une nuit dans le stationnement du bureau de tourism. Eau et vidage gratuit. Belle salle de bain au bureau. Très bons services! Camping bien aussi.

As described. Water spigot works great. Tons of parking and grass. Very distant traffic noise

Très bel endroit près de la rivière. Quelques voitures qui circulent sur ce petit chemin seulement. Aucune indication qui précise que le stationnement est interdit et 3 espaces pour se stationner un peu à l'écart des autres. Excellent choix pour dormir tranquille!

it's a beautiful place, locals finish and kids swim. I am planning to camp two nights..setting tent is little challenge because of slope but it's reasonably clean.

I had (a good) lunch in the restaurant at the entrance of the village coming from north. They have some groceries as well. They told me there is Hospedaje in the village

As described. Stayed one Wednesday night and didn’t see or hear any other people. Two bars Verizon service. The unpaved portion didn’t cause any trouble for my small low-clearance car.

Nice Hotel with pool an beach access. A lot of Macaws flying around. we asked for the most cheap room and got a french bed with air conditioning for 20000 Colon. beautiful spot. around 5 pm more and other parrots came around.

Nice little spot, close to but not in town so hopefully quiet tonight. Noy sure who said wifi available
but none shows right now.

It's a free public parking. Infornt of the Beach. Quiet and secure.

Es un estacionamiento público gratuito sin límite de tiempo de permanencia (por lo menos en temporada baja). Muy seguro, muchos comercios, pasa la policía frecuentemente.
Frente a la playa do Anil, muy vistosa.

Ask this place for hospedaje, they have one in another street about 100 m away. Basic but ok, hot electric shower. 15 soles. Outside sink to wash clothes and bike if needed. There are others in the village but coud not find the owners. The women can make dinner if you order it before. Full Claro in this village

Very nice place, easy to find. Other than a small amount of trash, it was a beautiful spot. We got to watch the beaver in the early evening and the variety of ducks were amazing to see. And if you are a birder, you will catalog a lot of birds in this location. Only heard a couple of frogs, very quiet and peaceful.

took some time to find it but Found the spigot by the concrete small yellowish building by the grass hidden.

Beautiful parking lot at Hostel Casa Manila, with ocean view, shared showers and toilets. Pia the owner is very friendly and the best host! The small town with many restaurants and shopping options is in walking distance (5min). The place offers direct access to the ocean. Laundry facilities are available for $7. Fast Wifi. They also rent cabins with A/C.

it on the back, they also sell bottled water inside. - pump and pantry. When advise buying a loaf of bread there I paid seven bucks for one. 🙄

We left our van in this lot for two weeks. Angel works here. He speaks perfect English and will send photos of your vehicle every few days for reassurance. You can also sleep here although we didn’t. I believe the toilets are open 24 hours but ask Angel. +593 99 743 2909. Very safe. Space for all kinds of vehicles. We paid $5 a day but think you could get it for less.

Nice spot to camp before or after Lima. A little expensive for not really any amenities. The pool is closed and they have cold showers. The bathrooms are clean but you need to bring your own toilet paper. Lots of duck poop and feathers (as mentioned). Payed s/50 for 2 adults and our son (6).

The famous Jorge wasn't there. So we cannot really comment on what others have experienced in this place. For us it was okay. But is really close to the road and there were several people and a car enjoying the free WiFi next to our tent. so it took a while before we could finally tuck in. No running water and thus no shower. We also asked about the beds inside who someone commented that would be there. but there was nothing according to the guy who was there instead of Jorge. So all in all considering there is not much in the Canon it is fine for the night.

Es una estación de servicio nueva (16/05/2024), los baños impecables, el wifi es muy bueno, dormimos en la playa de estacionamiento luego de solicitar autorización y nadie nos molestó. Hay agua caliente libre.

É um posto de atendimento novo (16/05/2024), os banheiros são impecáveis, o wi-fi é muito bom, dormimos no estacionamento após solicitar autorização e ninguém nos incomodou. Há água quente gratuita.

It is a new service station (05/16/2024), the bathrooms are impeccable, the Wi-Fi is very good, we slept in the parking lot after requesting authorization and no one bothered us. There is free hot water.

Large lot CB with level rv sites. It was really quiet (except for the class A who ran their genny all night) No road noise. Huge lot.

Water color is a tad murky/yellow. Filled up fresh water tank, but will be dumping and finding another option. Doesn’t appear to be safe to drink
