Perfect homestay. Clean room, very nice owner. Above a cafe (crazy monk) where you can eat wonderfull food. View is amazing. Price is good.

Yeah this spot is amazing I turned to the right at the bottom of the hill like another person said and I have this area to myself and it is just perfect. No mosquitoes in mid May.

Beautiful little spot with a waterfall. Laundromat across the street. Several other campers, cars and vans here also. Pay attention to the signs and park in the correct area.

Charming old hotel. Right across the square from the Police Station with a view of the river. We parked our Cruiser in the street & there was a security guard watching it. Room was comfortable with plenty of hot water and the food in the restaurant was good. Lots of charming old architecture in Dondo.

There is a water tap with good pressure 5m beside the street. On the other side of the street there is a bar named Santis Bar.

Really well maintained campsites. Each day garbage is collected. Site was freshly raked when we arrived. Long drop toilet was clean and not smelly 😁 The entire area is amazing for the rock formations. Sunsets and sunrises are spectacular depending where you are. Great place for a few nights with just you and the stars!

Entrance is very overgrown now. I had to walk to find it. It is on the west (Kariba) side of where you would leave the road in a straight line. Views will be better later when the leaves fall. Lots of flies during the day, all quiet at night. Invisible from the road. Very nice for a stopover.

Road from Alpha is good gravel, there’s some villages with shops, elephants be carful in the early and in sunset time, there’s a water source here, road is sandy in the first part and the. Rocky, manageable ( bicycle) for 4x4 it’s kind of easy

Nice restaurant, good fresh food, not cheap. Especially when you have kids worth a detour; small pool, trampoline, and play area (and the owners have 4 girls that are often around).
We went multiple times. It's a ~10km beach walk from Goody Villa's.

Just another nomad-friendly rest area. Like most, no WiFi.

small parking lot near a boat ramp, few cars came in evening but was pretty quiet at night. chemical toilet on place, I can't tell if they were clean I didn't use them

Nice spot. Space for 3 campers or so. We found a level spot.

Price is $2 for the night. If you’re early (before 5pm) you can get the WiFi password from the Termales building 50m further down the road.
There is enough reception from there.

Endroit tranquille et sur face à la mer.

This a great place in the cottonwoods for shade next to the river. The road would be impassable if it had been raining. It is not suitable for large rigs. I took our 14’ trailer and was brushing the trees in the curves.

Small campsite directory at the beach. Owner Eduardo is super friendly and helpful, speaks only Spanish.

No wifi available. We paid 20USD for 2 persons and a Rooftop tent

Solitaire. Cafe, gas station, and general store.

Endroit très facile à trouver. Stationnement de plage publique, mais personne lorsqu'on y était. Pas d'interdiction de passer la nuit. Bonne réception cellulaire, mais pas de wifi. Il y avait des toilettes et eau, mais non fonctionnels quand on est allé. Quelques poubelles et tables à pic nic. Bel endroit pour passer une journée ou deux .

Immense stationnement quand même assez tranquille. On est allés acheter notre souper dans la section épicerie du Walmart, il n’y a aucun problème à passer la nuit dans le fond du stationnement. Parfait pour un arrêt avant un autre long bout vers Denver.

Great place for overnight, quiet and safe. Although it works until 10 pm, there is security on site. attentive very kind. bathroom is extremely clean.

Didn't work when we were there, neither with VISA nor with MasterCard. Always canceled the transaction. (Thursday around 6 p.m.)

El camping es exelente , instalaciónes limpias, muy buenos baños con 24hs de duchas calientes e higiénicos.Tiene una pileta de aguas termales curativas. Tiene tomas de luz y descarga de aguas para motorhome .Muy seguro y recomendable .

Não ficamos, estão cobrando 200,00 a diária para Motorhome.

Had lots of problem with some local group of children’s. They want stuff, money and another things they see. After making some fun and nonverbal talking they are getting super unfriendly. We going to the village down the street to ask for some spot to park over night. They only say pay 50k or go. Super unfriendly. Bad feelings following. We leave this unfriendly area. We can’t recommend this place.

Public quai des Robichaud ! Nice place with small beach and beautiful sunset.

Drove my Toyota 4runner with adjusted clearance all the way to Donde Mango. It took me 2 hrs to get there. If you want to to to Cerro Kennedy you could drive a 4x4 but I opted to hike. Past the hostel the hike is additional 1 hrs each way. The drive past hostel is a tough 4x4. Just hike instead of wearing or damaging your car.
I was not impressed with Cerro Kennedy as you cannot go all tge way to the top due to Military base. The views are obstructed by shrubs all along the hike. Photos of the hike past hostel & road conditions attached.
