Small lot, TONS OF MOSQUITOS. We hung out for several hours in the afternoon, got a bunch of mosquito bites, and decided not to stay overnight. Would be nice without getting eaten alive. Saw a few others who went there to go fishing.

While I was staying at he Cat Creek rd place, I hike down the road and found this place at the end of the road. It’s a dirt road but any 2wd drive high clearance car can make it.

There is a fire pit but no other amenities. No cell service either. But you will be staying at a beautiful and quiet spot in the middle of the woods.

Great spot but be respectful and be discreet. Do not leave anything behind. Be quiet. It is a great spot.

Nice place above the Lago di Garda next to the street. 45.74893, 10.69818

Well, now they want 16500 for a picada. The rest also seemed pretty steep. Hamburgesas starting at 8000 (without anything accompanied). I guess they had too many overlanders 😀

Other RVs throughout the lot. Lots of space here. It is busy and close to the highway, but overall a great area to stop.

nice park. lots of RV & families. stayed to plug in for the night. can register the site on rec.gov and stay immediately. 30$ for the site. need a special lifetime or disability pass for a discount. the annual America the Beautiful pass isn't good enough. needs to be golden age, retiree, etc. rec.gov app shows which ones give the discount.

Beautiful spot for our 24'RV. Room to turn around and the river covers most of the road noise which diminishes into the night. There's a fire ring and this place is a must stay

we were not so happy with the options of Las Lomitas and made this quick detour. it was worthwhile. hamburgesa above average, super clean toilet and full comfy bathroom with hot showers. WiFi fast enough to follow eurocopa. Super save as Police is on the Spot. Not too many moscitos.

I am in a pretty stealthy all white plain Jane Ford Transit and went out of my way to be invisible (doors closed, window covers up, and minimal noise). I stayed one night and went to a coffee shop to work from 8am to 1pm, and came back to pack up and leave. When I got back to my van, a police officer came and said someone called to complain about “a camper running in the neighborhood”. I have a feeling the complaint was regarding the person who posted that they stayed here on 6/22 the night before me in the Class C camper who was not being stealthy and was “hanging out in their pajamas”, and when the resident noticed another possible camper they decided to call the police.

Please do not treat stealth camping spots like RV parks. You are ruining it for the rest of us who are trying to go unnoticed and blend in.

I recommend not staying here for a few weeks to let people forget and to please only stay here if you are truly stealthy about it.

Quit spot and not visible from the highway; you hear only the sound of the river.

Large spot with fire pit. Big enough to fit a couple rigs and tents. Plenty of trees for hammocks. Can slightly hear traffic from route 20.

I love this campground. $14 plus $4 reservation fee. reserve online only. we had service on tmobile and verizon so it was easy to get there and then make a reservation. fcfs primitive spots around the lake are $8 self pay station. but this spot had very clean bathrooms, showers were spacious and included. not sure if the water gets hot since we only took cold showers during our time here, but the pressure was good. water and electric at every sight. picnic tables with awning. stayed in spot #19 that had a beautiful view of the lake. the lake itself was great to swim in, and saw lots of people fishing if thats your jam. I've paid a lot more for campsites that had a lot less amenities. this is a great spot, and I highly recommend.

We stayed at the big parking lot (after the campground permit zone) on Sunday, June 23. Arrived at around 8pm and left after 6am. There were bear boxes where we stored our food. We had a very peaceful night and didn’t have any issues at all.

Pretty quiet empty parking lot. Some kids were a little loud near us at about 1-2am but really wasn’t bad. Good place to sleep near Niagara but still far enough away it’s peaceful
