Rode through is late June on bicycles. We were able to cycle the whole way. Mud in this area is slippery but not sticky. Off and on for a few km's. We did have trouble near Darva Tash Basin, however. It snowed on us for 30minutes and the roads became sticky peanut butter mud.

About 10km uphill from the main AS227 road on a small winding lane, there is a large area of grassy pasture providing enough space for small vehicles to stay off road. Very quiet except for cow bells and cows/horses. In nature. Please keep clean.

Asked if we could stay and they said yes. Others stayed as well. Quiet night

Sunday evening. Small police station is across the street. A cruise ship is docked at the terminal. Garrison Brewery and many other sites are within walking distance. Five other RVs are here for the night. A rent a cop is parked here and said everything is fine. Weekends and nights are free with a day charge during the week. Quiet so far.

Nice spot to stay for the night. We pitched our tent in one of the gazebos. The night was very quiet, the sunset amazing. The guy who takes care of the place is very kind and friendly. Just be aware of the watering system for the grass. They went on in the middle of the night and our tent and other stuff got pretty wet.

Picnic area and campground. There are four camping places. One works for a short rv. 3 are tent sites. Camping fee is $16.50 plus $2 for a dog. Senior rate $8.25. Do not enter if longer than 20 feet.

Nice small pond with boardwalks. Lots of traffic noise. Usable AT&T.

Navshod is a very nice guy, he is tour guide, driver, speaks engliah. Traditional pamir guest house, has a pamir style common room, had a good sleep. Toilet outside. Good breakfast, a lot of eggs and natural jam.

Stayed here last night with 3 other RVs, massive lot, all good.

New build grand scale guest house. Last building up the hill with view over the city. One for the motorcyclist travellers as there is a motocross hire business attached. I had some work to do and they offered help, tools and the pressure washer. Also there are trails nearby.

Camping in the center near the lake. Hot showers. No wifi but 4G. 5000 pesos for one night out of season.

Open every day. Very good time with the family even in winter. You can pay by card.

Easy border, stamped out, stamped in, no one asks anything. We had to use this border, because the one in Sendingsdrif is not possible with a dog.

Nice place in the middle of nowhere, amazing sky at night, specially from the hill.

Nicely hidden from the road. going south there will be some more great possibilities to stay the night if this one is taken.

After a long climb, we were really looking forward to the view and the shelter, but unfortunately the gate was locked and there was no way through to the campspot. A man passed by and asked the residents if we could camp there for the night. But unfortunately the answer was no...

Great city park. All free, dump station, potable water,showers .Fit about 10,Cars and medium bumper pull trailers. The park is well maintained and clean. Better than some RV parks I've been in.

Pretty decent hotel. 2 double beds in room, bikes went in room when we pushed beds together. Good shower but cold, with good pressure from pipe. Has a toilet seat! Straight opposite d1 store which is ideal. Very clean. Room has a fan which is enough for this time of year. Next to gas station and restaurant next door. Would recommend! Paid 50,000 cop for 2 people june 2024. Wifi

nice stay with some Hippies where you can either pitch your tent, stay in your hammock or rent a room. Probably also fine to park a campervan or anything. Paolo, the owner, produces big amounts of Ayahuasca with the ingredients coming from the property, in case you're interested in that stuff.
He let me decide how much to pay for the night, so I went with 50R for a night in the tent.

Decent spot, lots of places to camp. We camped for a night and no one came to ask for money. Some shelters along the beach you can put your tent under if it rains. Quite a few locals came throughout the afternoon for a swim, but the evening was quiet. A lot of bugs though. Good ‘O’ cell service.

Located in the small shopping center beside the McDonald. Good machine, but expensive Washing machine: 4.25$ to 8.50$
Dryer: 0.50$ for 9 minutes

Lot of animals from all kind. About around 100 in 30Min.

I check in, because I want so say, that this coffee tour with Patricia, the owner, and her lodge are outstanding. First of all Patricia is an educated, interesting person with a special attitude to life. She is born in the region, involved in woman and other social projects. Ecology and birdwatching/ nature are important to her. The village nearby is very authentic and even on Sundays not too crowded.
On the tour she took us to her grandparents coffee farm, on a Willy‘s ride and walking, around the village and gave a profound insight to coffee processing.
The lodge is a gem with areas to hang out and relax by the pond.

We were able to get enough money from this ATM after trying many others with no success.

We stayed at the Orr City Park. There was a garbage can and pota potty. There were lots of mosquitoes.
