Campground still as described in earlier posts. Very well maintained. Big spots with enough distance to neighbours. We paid $22 for a night with 25ft. RV.
Highway is in very audible distance - quite many cars passing today, a Saturday, but did not bother us too much.
Still no cell phone reception at all.

Great place to hang out for the day. The parking is on grass, and there are trees to park under, so it’s a nice cool place to park and relax. The bathrooms are great, the staff friendly, and there are usually a few van people parked here, spaced out, in the far back near sunset beach.

Since there is a beach, there are outdoor showers.

The place was full of trash on the ground: bottles, plastic, broken glass, rusty nails, open condom... Rundown infrastructure, creepy vibe. We looked at the campsite, decided not to stay. Play music during the weekend.

Lovely ‘nature camping’ with a very friendly Dutch owner. Situated in the middle of nowhere on the Puszta. I rested for a day, chilling at the pool and walking around in the area on the 4 designated routes through the Puszta. If you announce your arrival on time, you can benefit from delicious food prepared by the English chef. Highly recommended!

Didn’t want to risk a ticket at the rest stop so we moved to this lot. A handful of other campers so we are very grateful to Wall Drugs!

Several camping spots. Beautiful area with cooler temps than Durango in the summer. Other campers are close by and there are only a couple spots that have trees offering privacy but it’s still quiet (except for the sounds of the roaring creek). Peaceful night.

found this rest stop on another app, lots of level parking spots and a pull through paved road that makes it easy for cars, busses, & RVs. spent the night in my campervan with no issue, there is a trucker parked next to me and a few other RVs and cars here as well.

clean flushable toilets, 3 bars of Verizon, and ocean views! apparently this is a hot-spot to see whales, and while I personally did not see any, I can actually hear them tonight coming up for air!

I think this is a better overlook than the one 3-4 miles south down the road. no "no overnight" parking signs here (like most of the other pull outs on the coast). felt safe & would definitely stay here again.

The name has changed to White Lake Lodge & Campground. $30 for full hookup. One individual bathroom with a shower. plenty of hot water. Mostly Class A & tow behinds and one class B. Saturday night and plenty of open sites. Near the interstate so there is road noise but not bad if your windows are closed.

Last minute decision to stay at Allison Lake Storey. Didn’t need a reservation for $19/night primitive tent camping. Campground is a “stone’s throw” (pun intended) from the city of Galesburg. Had dinner at Perkins and filled my water bottle and got ice at Taco John’s (with permission). Restrooms were unclean. I opted to take a shower at my next stop. CityFree WiFi was acceptable.
