Fairly flat. Room for at least two RVs.

state park, no hook ups, no nothing. nice bike trails but the visitor center is managed ( or should I say abanbonned) by volunteers. The showers not so clean. 2 🌟 for the infrastructure, 4 🌟 for the trails.

Love this place finished about 2 years ago mostly for OHV use but a free gas nice parking and a bathroom. Just do it

Travelling by bicycle northbound towards Comandante Luis. Competently featureless landscape with unrelenting winds. One of the only suitable places to pitch a tent between Rio Gallegos and Cmdt Luis. Sheltered from the wind out of sight of the road. Water available, would recommend filtering. No cellular service.

Nothing spectacular, but fair priced and conveniently located. Clean toilet and showers.

Just at the side of the pray wills.
Good coffe, tasty, delicious and fresh food. The owners are so friendly and nice atmosphere. Don't miss the Yak steak.
The price are reasonable.

Nice spot, but pretty active as others have noted. Beautiful sunset. Train below going strong till around 11 I think, winding road a periodic racetrack till dusk (on a Tuesday). Nobody bothered me. Two other vans when I woke up.

I couldn't ask because they were out for lunch so I went ahead and used it. When they got back they came out and asked my to ask for permission. They were incredibly nice about it and asked how I knew about the spigot. I told them about this posting and they were happy to finally learn how so many people knew about it. They asked that everyone come check in with them first. And while you're there I'd recommend checking out some of their gift shop and read up on the local history and have a chat with the nice people that work there.

beatifull place! also possible with our RV (21 ft). grassy, trees and a spectaculair cliff.
clean place, no waste and the house is really abondend now and almost eaten by the green. go to this place when you are in the neighbourhood .really top

Be careful with the sand. It was great, the view was amazing, but very windy

Nice small camping that fits around 3 vans, amazing view! Nice bar and restaurant (the restaurant was closed the night we were there). But it looked good. Cold showers and we didnt asked for electricity. Good wifi, and a very friendly owner. Nothing bad to say about this place. Entrance is a bit small but with some good driving you can enter.

Tent camping not permitted. Sign to that effect at RV office.

Excellent mechanic! We had a power steering leak on our RAM Promaster 2500 and as soon as he saw the damage he noticed the cause of it: one of the motor supports had broken and damaged the hose. My expert husband thought the support was just a bad design for being too close to the hose but when Mr. Julio removed the support we saw its rubber had broken/melted making the support push down and break the hose, just like he said!
Mr. Julio helped us with building another rubber support for the motor and put everything in place.

The Place dies Not exist anymore. Thea are just building a Parkdeck there.

nice little store with a wide range of organic products. very friendly shopkeeper . gave me address of gpod bakery, baker Extraordinaire, in Terrace for fresh pies and bread

all true, 22$ excl service 30$ with electricity. got spot number 90 incl. electricity and as far as possible from the hwy. still roadnoise and train but not too bad. great tracks where you can walk the dog off the leash and look for the beautiful carved faces in the trees.we counted 15!showers not ver

Nice hot and good pressure showers for 50 pesos/2 persons. They offer also rooms and camping, we didn't stay for the night

Beautiful location - right along the Wallowa Rvr surrounded by Ponderosa Pine. The campsites themselves are spacious but open aka no privacy - all seem to have a picnic table and firepit. There are clean toilets and numerous water points. I was there on the Thursday prior to Memorial Day long and it was only perhaps 20% occupied. Not sure how full it would be the next night...

Cool a frames on poles with deck and private ablutions and kitchen with sink (no stove). Only site 1 has a nice river view. Not very private. Too bad the toilet at site 1 is leaking poop and seems to have been doing that for a while ... smell / look is not great.

Short road off the main highway that dead ends at the river. Turnaround maybe be difficult depending on how big your vehicle is. Doable with a tent, but not ideal. We cleared a bit of the rocky beach for our tent. A bit of garbage, a bit of noise from the highway, but overall a decent little spot on the river.

Great spot! €25 for the cabin and it includes breakfast (which was great). €10 for camping, and additional €5 per person if you want breakfast included. €10 a person for dinner. Hot showers. Wifi, although we didn’t use it so not sure how good it is. Super friendly people. Lots of hiking all around.

We didnt drive down, seemed a bit narrow to us. But above there's plenty of spots next to the river on the grass where you can park. Close to the bridge, some fishermen until the sun goes down. Not secluded but chill. We stayed one night. Enjoyed the view.
