Good spot, level spaces, nice staff that allowed us to stay for 2 nights. Less noisy than expected considering the highway.

The lake is pretty low at the moment but still pretty good. It's quite a drive in along ever-narrowing roads and you'll want some ground clearance alone the last kilometre. Also, quite a bit of washboard near the end too. Having said all that, it's a beautiful spot for the State of Nebraska and well worth the drive if you're inclined. We're looking forward to some sky watching tonight.

Another stop a couple of years later great restaurant. for those international overlanders that want to try some of our traditional food serve perfectly. serving bandeja paisa, sancochos, sudados, postres basically everything. give a try. won't regret it

Gravel parking lot right on the water. No signs that prohibit overnight parking and free during the day. Pretty close to downtown so you can explore there and take a short drive to this lot to sleep. No facilities on site (that we saw) but it is a park so I’m sure there are some.

Within 4 hours of me being parked here, I received a note on my windshield that said “24 hour notice to vacate” from the Capitol Hill Security Administration. They may have changed their policies recently, but seems like you cannot park here for a long time without legal ramifications?

we stayed here last night. No signs restricting overnight parking. The store is open 24 hours. Was not told to leave and a few other rigs were here with us. If you are looking for a quiet spot, this is not it. But for a safe, easy stay this did the job.
Full T-mobile cell service. Do not park by the grass, the sprinklers come on at midnight, even when it's raining.

This Pullout is almost the same as the one closer to Clarksville but I added it seperately because that one has zero service for T-mobile and this one has full 5G and I almost turned around and went back - there was zero service on most of the drive out from Clarksville. Also, this one is just a Pullout on the river with no tables and it seems close to the road (because it is) but, on a Saturday night in August literally 1 car passed by after 8pm. It may be the quietest place of human sounds aside from the river sounds I have been in months though maybe midweek trucks use the road. If you are a T-mobile user it's a) amazing connection and b) the only spot along the road (I checked the Pullouts further north just for the heck of it)

Great spot as described, well off the road with no cell service. 1 hr from Deadhorse, good if you have an afternoon shuttle booked.

its a nice flat space with toilets. the campground was full so we asked if we could use the facilities against a fee. afterwards we stood at this spot.

very quiet and safe little town ....some shops close to the main road ... very impressive old church (ruins). Friendly people.

we were able to filled up our tanks 140lt in total ... we don't use usually this water to drink but seems ok with some Clorox... blench...not problem . We also purchased some diesel but I don't think the guy working there cares so much 😅

Large sand/gravel parking area just south of the bridge. Fire pit. We did not stay but there is lots of space and view of river nearby.

Lugar muito tranquilo, plano, bem iluminado, ótimo para Pernoite e caminhar pela cidade.

Super endroit pour passer la nuit. Il est possible de sortir du stationnement et aller dans les sentiers boisés. Aucun bruit de route et plein de place pour se stationner le long des sentiers routiers. On peut même entendre les rugissements du Tigre de l'amour! Fantastique ! Et le zoo aussi!

Got here in the dark. The split is not much of a road. More of a trail. Just pulled into the triangle area for the night. Was quite. Worked for single vehicles. I’m in FJ. Just watch for shrubs as this isn’t a pullout. Full service with ATT

Gostamos desse lugar, lugar maravilhoso, decide madeira, visual incrível do mar, ducha fria, passaremos a noite aqui.

The noisiest part is the unrelenting battering by the Pacific. Good spot, many possibilities, I chose near the dunes, a bit away from the sea, closer to Ruta 5.
Actually Google Maps misleads. When in the village, ask someone for the Camino Costero.

This is now called “Freshness here!”, or maybe “Lemon Laundry”. You need to get their card and fill it with money to use the machines, but getting the card is free via a machine and if you will the card via debit or credit card you get an extra dollar bonus.

Otherwise pretty great. Cheapest load is $3.75.
Lots of machines, but was also fairly busy in the weekend.

Free coffee, cookies, candy and dish detergent for customers. Amazing.

There is still a gas station and car wash next door which are both great.

Kind of a strange place. You walk around with a big group and a guide looking at animals in decrepit cages through a glass wall. You get a LOT of environmental lectures then we sat down at some point for a religious prayer. Can’t really recommend it unless you’re bored.

Nice place, loads of space to park. 50pp; toilets and showers available. Kind guys at the reception.

Beautiful and clean place, super zen. The owners are very kind and helpful. We stayed 5 nights and found it hard to leave. 100q per night; clean toilets and warm shower.

Nice flat spot up Thorton Lake Rd (road to the thorton lake trailhead). Wooded and next to a waterfall from Sky Creek and partial view of the mountains. Had good at&t cell service. Road starts of ok with gravel but gets really rough but we made it up in our rear wheel drive van. Lots of pull outs on the way up too!
