Gravel lot 800 ft from Richardson Highway, near Donnelly Dome, and outside the military base

Plastic pipe with ice cold clear water coming out of the mountain. No signs about source or potability. Easy parking in a paved pull out from the highway.

This is a self described “Glamping” site. We arrived unannounced and late. Alejandro was very nice. We parked our RAMper van at the end of the parking lot with fabulous vista views He charged 500 pesos. Expensive for sure but safe. We didn’t question him about services as we were too tired. I think there could easily be electrical hookup and water.

large sports complex with lots of parking. we parked in the big lot just west of the arena. no problems . there was at least one other camper staying overnight. The oickleball club was busy in the morning but didn't disturb us. we were closer to the arena.

Interesting park with some nice unserviced sites around a lake $20. The ocean is steps away and some people come here to surf.

The door was open, we came in, it's an amazing spot, probably recently made, for selling local stuff and a restaurant turistico but, all was empty, and we just came in before sunset.
Great view over the valley, a bit hidden from the road.

As described. Quiet since separated from highway by embankment. Verizon cell signal 2 bars boosted.

House of a nice family, they let us stay in their garden, we payed them 100 soles for 13 people in a big rig and gave some gifts, they were really nice and happy to help, not many places around to spend a night

Flat area in the woods above Lake City. The road is rough but made it in a 4x4 truck camper. lovely spot for a couple of vehicles. Not all of the clearing is flat.

very nice place on the beach, close to the center.
we parked with our car for one night. 100 p/p and 50 p for the car. clean shower and toilet. there is a place with light you can seat and its also getaway from the wind so we could use our cooking gear and make ourselves a dinner which was very nice. there is no kitchen. no wifi. electricity there is!
the wind was great for sleeping, there was a smell of Sargaso, especially in the morning but not to bad. definitely recommend this place.

Très bel endroit propre et tranquille au bord de l'eau. Aucun problème pour y rester la nuit.

great place ....! Very quiet some cars passing by during the day. Nobody at night! Some wind during afternoon but nothing crazy. Also no bush or anything like it ....just dust and desert. But lovely view to the ocean. And last but not less important...VERY CLEAN! Not any trash at all ! So lest help to keep it that way. Tonight we will share the place with others iOverlands!

It's a restaurant, swimming pool, sports field and parking lot with toilets and a gate that is closed at night and opened early in the morning. The owner and his family are very friendly and let us camp here in our van. There are some cameras too, we felt safe. There might be a place to pitch a tent in the back; ask Marco (the friendly owner)

The pool is a very nice place to spend the day. Entry costs only 5 soles pp. We arrived on Friday afternoon, the pool was empty and they were cleaning is. Saturday and Sunday the pool was full and many people come to enjoy the water. It seemed clean to me. I'm not sure if the pool is open every day.

They have parrots, dogs and a cat as pets. A bit of caution at night: the dogs are not used to people walking on their terrain in the middle of the night, so be a bit careful that you don't scare them.

There are motor taxi's driving by every minute that can take your into town. Just signal one down, tell your destination, hop onto the back and pay a fixed price of 2 soles when you arrive (no helmet though)

This park has some nice trails and a gorgeous waterfall hike. I will say the sites are quite bare, you can see almost all the way through if there weren’t other campers.
The washrooms aren’t great and the showers are quite awful. But otherwise a nice campground.

RV park / campsite. General store, fuel station, coffeebar. Looks pretty good and well maintained.

We just stopped at the store.
Campsite is by the highway. They asked $40-, for just a tent and two bikes !! So we moved on.

Big parking lot with lots of coming and going. We parked farthest spot away from the restaurant in our Campervan, despite the no parking signs. No one bothered us and we had a very quiet night, we were the only ones there. Great views of the sea caves, the tides and the Bay of Fundy

Very nice and clean campsite near river and Carpenter lake. Plenty of spaces, free of charge. Outhouses were fairly clean with lots of flies.

I stayed one night without an issue. Quiet. There is 1 No Overnight sign. But there were 5 other vehicles staying overnight.

Beautiful spot down by the river under the covered bridge. Washrooms closed at night and slightly loud with traffic but no one bothered us all night!

We camped at the “Lodge” camping as opposed to the first available one because we wanted to be close to showers, and we were!— showers are hot! Wifi is good! There are cats!

This is a sandy pull off at the side of the road where the old median from the town remains and the highway is divided for a short section. There is a flagpole and 3 information signs. The road to the lakeside spots that are described separately is at the north end. Those spots are just a few meters away and lower than this one. That track is sandy, narrow and no turn around so although room for several vans, you are stuck if someone pulls in behind you. There are a couple of firepits. No garbage cans or other amenities. Nice view of the small lake. Traffic noise but quiet during the night.

Workers are building 5 RV spots next to the building. One of them moved their truck and helped us get to the hose.

Très bel endroit, près d'un petit ruisseau rougeâtre. Il y a un peu d'ombre et une bonne réception cellulaire. Les terrains sont dispersés et très bien!
