Excellent. Just off 50. Huge lot. Traffic noise was somehow not a problem. Lots of truckers. That was more a problem then traffic passing by. Maybe just my luck, but one rig has his unit running all night. Light s all in full blast. Everytime his engine cycled, it woke me up. Yet he was still 75 yards away. Can’t say that will happen everytime.

They can fill RV propane tanks and DOT type BBQ tanks, but not 100 pound cylinders. They have three staff members that can operate the propane station but none were on duty when I passed through. Worst case, you will have to wait a few hours until there is a staff change. |

Large parking lot. We spent the night here in our Class B with no issues. There is some traffic that passes by but it's not too bad. We did hear a loud train whistle in the wee hours of the morning but that didn't last long. Before or after spending the night here, take advantage of the great day use area up above at Wolastoq Park (45.2564399, -66.0895419). |

Amazing views, large flat spot, fire ring. Lots of burned trees but far reaching views almost 360 of total wilderness. Dirt road access. High clearance required if driving in from East (Conconully). |

Nice flattish spot big enough for just one vehicle. Fire pit. Surrounded by tall mossy trees and absolutely quiet. This is the last spot on this Forest Road. There are other small pull offs earlier on the track (after the big one described separately) but this one is the most spacious. High clearance required to get here as there are loads of pot holes. |

Beautiful spot overlooking Lake Michigan. As previous reviewers noted, parking lot empties after dark. Quiet apart from the occasional traffic (low volume). |

Big rig friendly, pull through spots. Mostly a big lot for RVs near the highway as others have said. This was our second stay - we use it as a base camp to visit our daughter in Montreal and explore the area so it’s fine for this. Noisy near the highway. Right on the bike/walking path which we love. You can get virtually anywhere. To confirm - there IS dumping and water. Not sure why another post says there isn’t. See photo I just posted. There is also just parking in the parking lot for $10 and we saw a couple buses parked there. |

We went here for fuel (still marked on T4A) and lunch, but they don't do the fuel anymore. You have to go to Binga for that when going east. There is no restaurant, only camping and chalets. We ate (our own) lunch on their property near the lake. Nice view, seems like a nice place to stay. |

Really nice place to have a break. The breeze from the lake is good when it's hot. The hospitality of Richard and Margot is outstanding. They did everything to make us comfortable. They even phoned the tankstation in Binga for us to check if there was fuel. Because they dont do fuel anymore in Miblizi (and we needed it 😉). Good, clean and spacious ablutions with hot water. Firewood provided and we also got a nice bream to braai. The road towards Maabwe is for the first part recently graded and in good condition. Last 6km towards Maabwe is a bit rocky but nothing too serious. |

Great place to stay. Owners are wonderful. I was on a bicycle. They allowed me to put up my tent in an empty rondaval because of the weather. Ablutions are very clean. Lots of hot water. Washing up area well equipped to do dishes and laundry. Definitely a great place to stay. |

The only reason we were in SPS was for a VW mechanic, but this place was a beautiful add-on. Thankful for the hospitality here as there isn't really anywhere else to go except for a hotel. We were asked to only stay two nights though, I hope that other overlanders haven't overstayed their welcome as our community needs a place like this! Loved the beer, bummed they didn't sell any cans to take with us. Oh, and Jason really helped us out with finding a pet friendly place on Utila 🙏🏻 |

This is a very nice rest area. We parked our camper van in the front RV/truck lot. The road noise was greater, but the lot was far emptier than the car area. Verizon had good signal. We would stay, again. |

Stayed here for 3 nights. Excellent proximity to Craters of the Moon. We weren’t too excited about the spot when we first arrived but the area grew on us. We fit our 42ft 5th wheel. I would say there is room for one big rig or 3 vans. |

Pretty much a pullout on the side of the road but was alright for one night. A little bit of trash but a great view. Lots of traffic, seemingly party goers but not sure where this road really leads as there was much more traffic than I’m sued to on FSR’s. Road to get there is doable in pretty much any vehicle but is rough! I would not want to do this for multiple days because it’s quite a ways drive that will take a toll on your vehicle. I recommend camping behind quest university but if your dearest on this area than it works. |

Nice pullout in a convenient spot if mountain biking in the area. About 10 mins on dirt roads that aren’t too rough so a good option if staying a few days. Nobody hassled me and plenty of friendly mountain bikers and people in trucks. Just a small pullout at the trailhead of “low down” that is restively flat if you position your vehicle right. No room for big rigs and only really space for one car/truck/van. Could pitch a tent. |
