Place totally checks out - had to stop here while traveling out west. Perfect spot for the night. I had the whole parking lot to myself. Plus, it was great to see they had a public toilet.

I didn't see any other RVs or vans so I went and asked in overnighting was allowed. I was told I would be towed. The woman shrugged when I said I didn't see any signs stating as much and said, you'll still get towed. So I left.

Great, easy and quiet besides normal street noise. Multiple others parked in the back for the night.

Exzellent Place near a Little lake and an artesic fountain. In the evening here are lots of young people making music dancing drinking eatinng. Very peaceful. In the Night a Heavy Thunder Storm passed with Lots of Rain. Also That was no problem because the ground (Sand) was stabil enough.
We saw also some open pit WC ….

Street parking in a nice, quiet residential area. Right in front of an assisted living center. About a 2 block walk to some local businesses with public toilets. We asked a police officer and he said we could park on any Melbourne city street overnight as long as there isn’t a sign stating no parking. Very easy to find a big spot for our van. Saw some neighbors in the morning and no one seemed to mind.

I camped right by the big saguaro. Good spot for tents or parking.

I can see a van and an RV, but plenty of extra space on a Saturday night.

There are train tracks in the distance and a nearby road, so there is some noise.

Just down the road from the closest site, turn right onto paved road and this campsite is on your right. Fire ring and lots of space. Very quiet. No cell service.

Posto com ótima estrutura na BR101! Estacionamos na parte de trás do posto, do lado da lanchonete e tem uma área verde bem legal (até pratiquei yoga). O Wi-Fi funciona bem. Achamos ótimo para passar a noite!

Nice gas station in BR101, we parked in the back, close to the cafeteria, and there is a green area very good. Wi-Fi works well!

USFS Yellow Post (dispersed) campsite. No water/toilet, but there are fire rings - check USFS website for current fire restrictions.

The road leading up here is pretty rough, definitely not maintained. 4wd is not needed, but high clearance is a must.

There is a key in the garden, and says that is not drinkable. There is another key near the trash container, and that one is drinkable.
Hay una llave en el jardín que dice agu tratada (no potable). Hay un bebedero al lado de los tachos de basura, y esa es potable.

Self service laundromat that takes quarters. If you don't have quarters, an attendant is there to give you some but beware that it costs a lot more if you don't have your own quarters. The machine took $1.50 in quarters, but the attendant asked for 100 pesos. Still not a bad deal since we used a 60lb machine.

Campground with many other activities - walking trials, mtb, zip line, cabins, restaurant etc. also basic camping too. We camped in a spot that totally beautiful and away from the activities. The walking trails are stunning with beautiful rock formations. Hot showers included. Some telcel service. The restaurant was cheap enough. Cost 200peso per person per night. For 2 people not bad value if you are into walking. We stayed one night, hiked the first afternoon, then again in the morning. The downsize they want to charge the same fee per dog! Which I didn’t like, otherwise would have stayed a bit longer.

Price still 120 NAD which is a great deal for what you get. Lots of firewood included. MTC signal is good with H+ internet. You can walk around on the tracks and see many antelopes. The campsite is not the most charming place we've been to in Namibia but it was great to have real shade (not just acacia shade) as the sun is very harsh at the moment and it's 38 degrees outside. Great value for money for a night or two. Sympathetic and helpful owner and good facilities with solar heated water.

Nice spot right in between a few apartment complexes. On the side of the road but in a quiet area with little noise. Just a couple minute bike ride to downtown and campus.

In National Forest. From the highway, Take forest service road uphill. This particular spot is a rocky climb (4x4 required!) but the view is spectacular. Tranquility here.

Parking lot with pit toilet next to the trailhead for a STEEP hike in the New River Gorge National Park. No signs against overnight parking. Might be tough with a big rig. Pretty level for a van.

a nice place to go and see. It is not extraordinary but it is fun. there is a cable car to go to the top. 800pp for a round trip, and 400pp if you walk up and down by cable car. The cable car is very basic but works. They are two school chairs with welded metal, at first it seems a little scary but we are still alive and all the other people too!

Lots of sites off this road, big open spaces, flat, and beautiful ponderosa forest. Nice and spread out, 2 bars LTE for first 1-2 miles.

Coordinates are not exact, but plenty to choose from both right off road and tucked back.

A flat place, near the beach. One kilometer of dirt road to get there. There are no amenities, but it seems quiet on week days. The beach is clean. Good to rest one or two days.

Now high season, small truck 2 pers. 650 pesos p/n very slow WIFI and not that clean bathrooms as mentioned before. Around 50% of the spots are taken. During the weekend they are selling beach tickets....for several bus loads from the big cities. During day time there are long waiting lines for toilets and showers, its a big mess for a lot of money!! Pis in the early morning and late afternoon only. Complained this with the manger, it will go to happen more and more....

Nice place, bring your mosquito repellent. if you go all the way to the waters edge it's a pretty steep path back to the main road.... not a lot of room to turn around so be warned. probably subject to flooding
