After checking out some places in the city, we came here. It‘s an Axion gas station by now.
Huge parking, friendly staff, clean toilets, hot showers (100 Pesos for 5 Minutes), security guard at night. We spent a quiet night here!

Very large parking lots space to rest and big enough for a number of campers ,RV’s, and motorhomes. I have a 36 ft motorhome and it has tons of space to turn around. Spent just the one night and was very quiet and nobody bothered us. Lots of beautiful green field and lots of trees. Seen a few deers and tons of rabbits running around. Perfect spot to watch the sun rise and set next to the water. Convenience store open till 10pm 2 minute walk from here. No water or washrooms near by.

We asked at the Gendarmería post at the entrance and they said we could park there no problem.
No facilities but a very nice parking spot right in front of the beach.

We planned to stay. The parking area was so busy up until dark. The boat ramp was in use until dark. Even then, someone drove up next to us, left their truck running and blasted music. We eventually left and stayed at Walmart. Maybe stay off season, since the view was beautiful.

Arrived late after doing laundry and showering near the Zion entrance. Lots of people here but no issues staying for a quick overnight. Really close to Zion (~15 mins) so it worked out great to start hiking Angels Landing by 6 am. Limited/no Verizon/Visible service.

Large parking area in the woods with plenty of room for many cars. Just past the ranger station / work camp historic marker.

Buckhorn road is plowed up til this spot year round, so this could make a decent winter or shoulder-season spot. It is directly at the trailhead to a popular hiking and dirt biking trail, so it could get loud.

Small creek nearby. The Cameron Peak fire burn scar is clearly visible in the surrounding hillsides, but this spot was saved from scorching.

The spot is wooded, but there is plenty of sky visibility for starlink and solar.

Nice stay with only 3 other campers. Right next to the street but didn’t hear the traffic at all. Nice view on the mountains and a lot of shaded spots. Even a fireplace was there. No 4x4 required but drive in slow at the entrance as it is steep.

Only stayed here a few hours but it was beautiful. The surrounding was beautiful! The entrance to the lot was a bit unsteady so our car scratched on the bottom a bit. Not recommended for lowriders but there are a lot of grounds around that are better.

Very nice campground and owners. We went there with our 28 feet RV third week in May, campgroung almost empty. They have a lovely pond. Very quiet and a bit out of the way

Rest area or secondary road with plenty of room for car and small Van. No sign of restriction, quiet. One school bus stop and an off leash area so few cars come and go, other than that, great spot!

Obviously pretty epic place. I’m cheap but was happy I payed the entrance fee. Once inside there is a few km of walking trails with views of the falls from different angles .

We had a great time at Eventos Verde. Over a period of 3 weeks we stayed about 15 nights.

The camping area is nice and grassy, but they will not let you park in the places with shade.

Toilet/shower situation is pretty bad. One toilet (shower is in the toilet) for all the campers, that's just not enough...

Another bad thing: the gate is locked. If you are lucky you get one of the two keys. Otherwise you are locked out...

We came when the price was still 100/night, when we left after 3 weeks Isaac wanted 150. He really is a nice guy but the prices are way overpriced... it's pricey Antigua, probably the best place if you are not self contained...

a lot of things that annoyed us, but we would stay again

Good place to spend the night. However, noisy with trains, trucks, radio at the nearest car dealer.

Quiet and flat camping spot right next to the river. If super close to the river, you might be seen by residents living upstream.
There are a few fireplaces nearby.
Good for cyclists, difficult to reach by car.

Super easy space to pull into, it’s on the left side just before the area that’s been cleared of trees starts (also not too far from the stop sign you see when you turn onto the road). My friend and I pulled in here with multiple cards and was able to be hidden from the road and sleep quietly. The clearing also gives access to a lot of fire wood if you need to grab any for now or later.

Beautiful free campground right on the water. Many spots to choose from, each with picnic table & fire ring. vault toilets were clean & stocked. Not too busy, but the boat ramp hadn't yet opened for season. If coming from the south, you will be on a dirt road for 12 or so miles, but it is in very good condition.
I did overhear some campers talking about how this will become a paid campground next year so do your research!
