Very friendly people. They where open for negotiation for the price of camping. We had a calm night with a great view on the source of the Nile! Ziplining here is really recommended!

nice recently renovated place (still undergoing some work when i arrived). brand new mattress and pillows, electricity from sunset to sunrise, no running water when i arrived, bucket shower, but it looks like they will soon add it. no towels.

The father of St. Peter's church brought us here. The people here are very friendly and we were allowed to stay here with our big rig. There is a bar with a restaurant where you can eat and get cold drinks. We felt very comfortable. Highly recommended.

Oldest Welcome station in US, opened in 1962. On Rt 301, before I-95 was built this was the primary n/s roadway.
Attendant said ok to overnight but building/restrooms close at 5:30. No nighttime security.

We paid 7000cfa per person for 3 hours tour in the deep muddy forest with Dimitri and another hunter. They know the forest perfectly, can teach about hunting, animals. Really welcoming. Speak french. They also proposed a 8h tour, sleeping in tent close to animal water spot, but you need to pay porters and have your own camping material. It was really wouahou experience, we won't forget it ! And also great to give money to locals instead of americans of the parc...

Good store with lots of stuff we've been looking for/missing. It's not cheap but nice to be able to get things like asparagus, nice greens, recognizable cuts of meat, grains, etc.

Garage and workshop with great quality standard. Quickly, they have identified the problem we were having with our AC and fixed it. Very professional, good English. Fair prices, just ask for Raymond, he is in charge.

Beautiful and clean spot, the lake/beach is easily accessible. Some sites require some ground clearance so best be aware of that.

The hospital that this garage was designed for is no longer in use. No entrance gate or fee. Only came here because it’s raining and needed somewhere dry to rest. Go towards the top where there’s no cars.

I had no problem staying until 9 am, even with no overnight parking sign—really nice bathrooms.

Probably my favorite road yet in Colombia. Absolute beautiful views, twists, and turns on this dirt road. At least right now in dry season, I feel that any 2WD car could do this. Conditions are more than fine. We did it in a Ford Transit van and had zero issues.

Lake access off 72. Several single car/vehicle sites (3-4), and one large open parking lot before road heading to lake access. Best for overlanding/car/tent camping. Trailers or big rigs ill advised. Two unlocked and open gates, but could be locked/changed during different seasons. One bar Verizon, but still had functional cell service.

Administered by SC Dept of Natural Resources. Most likely not intended for overnighting but no signage posted prohibiting. Treat area with respect.

No amenities, pack it in pack it out. Adjacent to highway and lake next to railroad, some noise but minimal.

Can’t believe no one had updated this since 2017. River is gone and tree is gone. Ground is still there.

WOW. This is a beautiful spot! we had it to ourselves but then met Dave et Mary who arrived in a vintage 1978 VW Bus. so adorable. Their friend was with them in a super nice Pleasure Way Sprinter! Had a beautiful dinner and enjoyed the sunset with rainbow 🌈

Great laundromat. Many different machines depending on the size of your loads. Staff on site to help. Machines use credit or debit cards, or you put cash in a machine that will print a card with the amount ($) you want. We loaded a card with $8 and it was plenty for our needs.
Clean bathrooms and good wifi.

45 soles for a matrimonial with private bathroom. There is a secure garage in the hotel (with height restriction), the room was nice for the price and clean enough. Hot water on and off. Good WiFi

nice and safe wild camping close to a Kraal. Very nice people, two women and many kids visited us. Was a lot of fun.

Great BLM campground by the river, coming from moab on Friday afternoon this was the first place we could find a spot. Turned out great.

I spent one night there. A couple of trucks also pulled in for the night. No one bothered me. It was quiet. There was some trash but I was only there to sleep so didn't care.

came here late at night. tThe door was locked, yelled at attendant and asked of O could stay for night. Offered him $5. He had no problems with it. The gate is locked at night. i think it's a good deal, buy food, sleep for free. the restaurant and camping aren't the best but for 1 night it is OK.
