We came here to pick up our Toyota Hilux Camper, shipped from Antwerp (Belgium). First we have to clear with our Shpping Company (Mothers Logistics) and Customs in other buildings. You have to wear safety vest. From 11.30 to 13 h. lunch break.

Here you can buy Adblue. We have Adblue deactivated at our car but just activate it from time to time to get the system running, filling it up fully afterwards. For this reason we take a 5l canister adblue with us. Here they sell only 5l canisters.

Dump is in the back behind the diesel tanks. Haven't seen anyone mention this, but there's a blue spigot with water at diesel pump 33! didnt confirm with attendants if potable but we use a filter so felt safe.

Should be ashamed to charge P250pppn camping with rundown grounds like this. Everything is broken or in state of disrepair, camp lights not working, wooden benches falling apart, concrete tables un accessable. Good point though, the electrical powerpoint is functional.

Several RV’s here, some look long term. An okay place for a night.

Best place in Teotihuacan region to relax and visit all the famous places. Big grassy area with lots of shade, clean bathrooms with hotwater showers. Drinking water from a deep well to fill your tanks.
Omar and his Mother Julia are very friendly and helpful, Julia cooked us a very tasty meal on Saturday amongst their Friends.
Surrounded by animals, 3 friendly dogs, a donkey and a herd of sheep enriched our stay. The dogs are friendly also to visitors dogs.
We payed $250 / night and $1500 / week.
You can leave your vehicle here for longer time to fly home or visit Cuidad Mexico.
Omar knows the region very well and arranged the famous sunrise balloon trip against a reduced rate.
The railway is approx 500M away, but never disturbed our night rest.
The Uber will bring you everywhere downtown and to the piramides, we payed $70 single trip.
We enjoyed this place very much, so quiet and peaceful and very close to all the entertainment.

It is in the area protected by the military. If you have a booking they grant you access. We got access without booking explaining that we want to camp there.

came in here late on a Sunday night around 11:00. it was kind of hard to figure out where the campsites are. in daylight. it's not a problem. just look for the picnic tables and the stand-up grills. bathrooms are okay. no showers. I kind of like the place. I'd stay here again.

There is no restaurant at present due to the lack of tourist because of the drug issue.
If you book in advance you surely can get things organized.

Gallon jugs fit fine, 5 gallon jugs do not. There's a water station in the parking lot, $.25 per gallon.

Verry friendly! We asked an could stay overnight at the parking WITH OUR DOG!!! although the entry in iOverlander says no dogs allowed, this is NOT true. Dogs are welcome!

Stopped there with the intention to camp but it seemd pretty run down and they don’t have any campsite. Small shop is still open.

Great spot! Not perfectly level but didn't require too many blocks. Spots are fairly close together so you will have neighbors. Spots have a picnic table, and a fire ring. There are vault toilets and bear-proof trash cans. One bar T-Mobile.

Just checking in to say that the site is still excellent and highly recommended! We stayed for two nights and loved the site.

as stated in previous reviews. directly off i80. dirt road, very good. some spots to the left as soon as you turn in. looks like they'll fit a good size rig. I went thru the official campground a short ways to the left. completely level dirt/ slight gravel area (pulling a 13' Scamp). 3 bar Verizon. there's a couple rock fire rings but totally full of old material. there is a vault toilet n picnic tables at the official campground. appears to be 6 spaces, pretty close together. lots more spaces n distance out here.

a bit rundown, like it's forgotten. It wonderful to have the spot. water nearby and bathrooms up the hill. I think there may be a homeless guy camped in the brush near the dumpsters on the lower loop. traffic noise but you are at a rest stop. broken glass but that seems to be most everywhere. be sure to enter the rest area (west bound or east bound) into Google as it may not recognize the campground is connected and run you around to the other side for access.

Very nice lake view with white sand, but bar on the territory can visit local people, so sometimes it’s noisy.

Territory need some Maintenance, hammock area is not available because it’s in bad condition.

We negotiate to 35000 MK, but now I think that price is not fair, it must be cheaper.

IMPORTANT: they have some dogs in the territory, And we saw these dogs tried to attack one of the guests! Be careful!

DOB’s Cab-inns is a privately-operated campground within the Explore Park operated by Roanoke County. It has 21 RV sites, small cabins and yurts. Well maintained and attractive. We paid $39 for one night in an RV site with electric hookup. Great bathhouse.
Park has trails and frontage on the Roanoke River.

Gravel lot is now paved with truck parking lines painted. Lots of room. Not quite level, some areas worse than others. Casino and fast food available. No complaints.
