Nice to spend one night. A few locals were having a BBQ when we were here, but very friendly. Lots of space and a bit noise of the traffic. Very nice if you don’t want to make the extra way to Punto Arenas

Great little spot, very quiet. Two spots here and another four or so spots down the road. Verizon service was good.

Apparently new gas station. There were no other people camped at the place. At first we were afraid, but we spent the end of the day and all night. It was a good experience. 24 hour stand, wifi, hot shower, free hot water and clean restrooms.

Small dirt parking lot at the end of the road right in the fringe of a forest.
Very quiet except for the occasional train going by on the nearby tracks.

Location has changed and will likely change again. Technician still there and offers excellent work despite the rudimentary facility.

We do every kind of works on trucks and 4x4. Spare parts import from US and Europe. HDPE water tanks, Steel, stainless and aluminum welding.

Don't park your car in Pocitos, Montevideo on the street during the night. They took sleeping bags, 2 gallons of water(??!!!) and small bag with cosmetics.
There were plenty of much more fancy cars on the same street, everything was hidden under the platform.

All has been said already. Excellent spot and well maintained.

We somehow avoided this barrier on the way in (satnav lead us down a tiny track and joined the main road just south of where this waypoint is recorded but as it turns out, north of the barrier -which is listed in slightly the wrong location). We drove around the valley and visited the museum (1000CFA per person, in the town of Nadoba) which was a fun look at a 'sample house'.

As we left we followed the main track (N40) and came across this check point. We pointed out we had already paid to visit the museum and had not actually visited the 'Tamberma compound' which both our lonely planet and the ticket they showed us listed as the 1500CFA chargeable UNESCO attraction. They tried to tell us you have the pay the 1500CFApp to use the road, whilst we debated this a policeman rode past and we stopped him and explained the situation, he spoke to the people at the barrier who then apologised and we were allowed to leave. The N40 is a public road and not a UNESCO attraction. The valley is beautiful and museum fun.

3 Parking lots, boat ramp and small dock. Access road ok, no facilities. Popular during day, very calm at night (Friday night inclusive)

Small cove accessible by a long dirt track. 2WD small rig access. Beautiful cove, clear seawater. Beach itself not too clean. Good level camping spots.

Only at lunch. Very good local place vibe. One of the best empanadas so far in Argentina. And very reasonable price without tourist tax.

Open at all times now. We took Road 8B from Leymebamba to Cajamarca and it was absolutely beautiful. VERY narrow roads and lots of switchbacks but so worth it if you have nerves of steel and the time to go slow. One of our favorite scenic drives in the last 10 months! No signal for 90% of it so download your maps and be prepared. We recommend!

Dead end gravel road that leads to the town launch. Plenty of room for even large vehicles.
One bar of LTE but the town has 4 bars with Bell/Telus. Potable water available in town near the village office.

Nice Hostel, few blocks from the city center. Private rooms for 900 ars with breakfast. Very clean. Shared kitchen, patio with bbq, private parking. The owner, Valeria, is really nice and can help you with anything you need.

Mid sized somewhat level paved parking lot for boat launch/ marina. Also large unlaced section closer to the water. 7 day parking limit sign advertised just before the boat launch on the right. We stayed two nights up by the bathrooms (flush toilets) and fish cleaning station with no issues. Park ranger drove by at night when we were watching a movie on our projector outside, he didn’t care or say anything to us.
NOTE: National parks pass or entry fee into the lake mead recreation area required to get to this spot. So free if you have a pass, otherwise you’d be paying $30 to enter. Entry gates close at 5:00 so you could sneak in after that for free if you leave early. Please respect this spot, keep it clean and don’t overstay your welcome!. Decent Views of lake mead and marina. Also NPS campground down the road for $20/night

Allows RVs to stay two nights. Washrooms open at 8:30. Close to the city centre. You can walk or bike around the city. No hook ups. Water fountains when centre is open. Some shady spots. Police patrol the area.

We were stopped about 3km south of the toll. First for our propane tank on the back and then it was for window tint. We started filming them and asked for their names. They looked through the documents and wanted originals. We said no. They let us go eventually.

Due to the entry in iOverlander we tried to drive till the place where it should be ok with 2wd only - this was a fault: we get stuck into the sand after about 800m. Furthermore there are huge holes in the middle of the road which are really dangerous to drive in. Do only enter this road if you are in a 4x4 with high clearance!

Called and they don’t allow overnight parking. Did not stay here.

Road very narrow with low hanging trees ... be careful when crossing other RV or trucks as you might touch them with side mirrors!

This is the bigest Barranquero Parrots colony. Really nice to see them and to be close to the clifts. Beautiful beaches and land cows region. Visit Carmen de Patagones and Viedma. Both interesting city’s.

In between Viedna-El Cóndor, just by Rionegro river in front, like a farm place. Just 3 rooms&camping open area (no sites). If you advice, restaurant services aditional. Wifi and small swimming pool; payment just in cash. Important: call and check services before 549 2920488016

The hotel almost feels like a warehouse that converted to hotel rooms. Aside from that, it has all the basic necessities - hot water, tv, WiFi. Paid 25k for a room with two beds and private bathroom, breakfast included - coffee, juice, ham and cheese sandwich. Kitchen on the third floor, we didn’t use but looks like it’s open for use. Secure parking for plenty of bikes or two cars, but nothing bigger than a van.

There are 2 wallmarts in town. The staff told us it is allowed to park overnight but they do not recommend it. They said the town is dangerous at night they are a lot of people with guns. That‘s just what they told us so we didn‘t stay

I asked owner of restaurant about staying in a parking.
He willingly accepted.
a little noisy but no problem for sleeping.
We could take a good rest.
