Passamos 3 noites na praça, possui água e wifi livre do mercado Carrancas ( bem fraca ). Durante do dia de semana os banheiros da praça ficam abertos ate as 18h. lugar calmo pra passar a noite dia de semana. Finais de semana mais movimentado e barulhenta ( ponto de encontro doa jovens da cidade )

Awesome Walmart stay. No issues parking overnight, there were a few other vans here too. Clean bathrooms.

what a nice little spot with so much wildlife immediately visible from camp. howler monkeys, spider monkeys, sloth, and trogons visible without even leaving your car. but be WARNED... this is also a tick sanctuary! the first day I pulled at least 10 off of me. and the second day during a hike I must have stepped into a nest because there were no fewer than 200 on me! wow. I saw more ticks in one day than I have seen in my entire life up to this point.

Good place to stop on the way to Cocuy National Park.

They also had propane. Just ask the office and they will direct you.

The entrance to the camping changed. Now the access is from the main street and the correct location is "Camino del Indio 24"(instead of 22).

Very quite and open place at night, beaultifull place. during the night there were policement. Some spots has eletricity 110v, water, parrilla, tables a toilet kind of ok, etc. I easily could stay for a month here!! No fees are required.

Filtered water to drink and points of water.Clean bathrooms and natural shade .Equiped kitchen and many tables to eat .Great camping !

Huge BLM with plenty of leveled camping spots/fire pit! Nice view on the mountains! Good cell coverage ! It was super windy when we were there so we could not enjoy the view as we needed to stay inside! Plenty of MTB trails around! We will be back after Zion National Park!

I'm confused. This is a restaurant. It's not a shower place.

Stayed for one night. $26.40 for full hookups with passport america. tons of open spots in April. tent sites as well. I think the sign said $3 showers and $6 dump if not staying.

Great spot! Really pretty! I didn’t stay the night because I got there around noon and felt like driving into Texas since it started raining around 1:30pm.

This place no longer offer camping sites. Waterfalls and other attractions are still open for visitation.

Another sweet BLM site. Sites are spread far apart. Seven designated sites, here, at the Cieneguita ‘Campground’ but many more throughout the area. Please do not randomly park or tent in the grasslands per the rangers request. There are many cleared sites throughout the BLM.

Only Big sky, grasslands, random trees, mountains, roaming cows, and makeshift, rock fire pits. Little protection from wind on the plains. Millions of stars at night. Huge full moons that last all night. Pack it out, please. This place is immaculate.

Disregard the red iOverlander warning about not verifying if camping here is permitted. I have included photos of the 14 day camping allowance. It is permitted. No worries. Camp on!

Water is available 2.5 miles up the road at the Ranch. Bring more food than you think you will need. You may want to stay longer.

No signage, except mile 545, a pull off and a gate.

Really nice spot directly on the river. You can hide behind the bushes to have very good wind protection. Also you are not visible from the street. You can hear cars from the street, but there is not much traffic, quiet at night. Access was no problem for our 2WD mini van.

Toilets were locked on Apr 12th when we visited. A portable toilet was in the parking lot. One other boon-docker in the lot. The locals caught a trout.
Really windy but somewhat protected from West winds if u r in the lot east of the treaty fishing area( see pick). The lot west of the treaty area has full exposure to the west winds.
T-Mobile 5G was 5 bars, LTE was 3 bars.
7 day max stay was posted on the west lot launch bulletin board.

270 pesos for a small room with a bed, toilet, sink, and shower for two people and a dog. Wifi works well even in the back. Easy to find parking lots nearby. Good value.

Great Beach Access. Clean with all RV hook up. Internet and WiFi very unstable. Not a campsite to work remote. Surf all day, every day 👍
