!! access road : I recommend you to pass by this point ( 52.446940,4.882189 ) and then cross the bicycle way if you are with bike to avoid costly barriers of the park) !!

it's a small place for bicycle or bike into the trees just close the parking.
There are some walkers until 20pm around but that's fine if you stay discreet.

Some of the places along the river are closed for maintenance. We stayed at 52.00146° N, 116.48829° W, where there are two spots. The water in the Saskatchewan river is from a glacier (and contains too much silt to be used for cooking or personal hygiene) but there is a very small stream with clear water available at mentioned coordinates. Permit costs about CAD 6 for the WiN (a digital ID) AND about CAD 20 for 3 days OR about CAD 35 for a whole year. All prices per person. We came in for one night but stayed two.

Amazing location, welcoming hosts. Green grass and all amenities you need. Checked in at the main farmhouse which was build 1830. great homemade food. Highly recommended

Cute little campground on the river. Tons of squirrels- one tried to move into our RV. A good stop with cell before/ after crossing the border. No potable water. Not too buggy now- there were more bugs when we were here in June.

Quiet night. At least a dozen of us parked for the evening!

If you park near Tim Hortons, you can reach the WiFi.

Very friendly owner who takes the time to explain everything. Clean and neat showers and toilets. Lots of shade at each site. Up in the village there is also a nice restaurant which serves dinner from 1930 hrs onwards.

Whole sale for tyres at good prices! We needed new tyres for our Ford F350 and they were nowhere to be found untill we found this place :-) They only sell the tyres, they don’t install them but a little bit further on the road you can go to Auto Bahia

For those wanting to fill a tank - the only parking near the washroom is quite far away. only viable option would be to use the road beside the washroom and briefly block traffic.

Beautiful public campground. Apparently no charge. Three day limit. Right on the Red Lake River. Only 2 other campers, but room for at least a dozen. No running water, but I saw a box of electrical connectors, including a few 30 amp. Not sure if they work. Recommend this spot to others.

Great place, close to so much! Noisy, sure, but no more than anywhere else in an hour's drive. Feels safe. Goof afternoon and evening shade at one end

$31 a night and almost always spaces available. It's just a gravel lot in town but the people were friendly and it was the cheapest place to park in the area. Stayed 3 nights with no issues.

We've stayed here a few times - always in our campervan in one of their 3 unserviced tent sites. A very nice campground and a short walk to the cafes and shops.

Looks like 9 sites. No shade - 1 tree. No tables. Sites are not level. No toilets. Little privacy. We didn't stay.

Good water. Easy access. Would recommend

whosever job it is to keep people quiet after hours, did not do their jobs. I will not stay here again.

Still free and clean. Water was not really hot, but warm enough

Éviter d’y rester pour la nuit les jeudis, car Karaoke au restaurant Sage Pub de 21:30 à 2h. Par contre, super restaurant avec menu exceptionnel à coût très abordable.

Perfect place in the garden, secured. Owner speaks spanish, dutch and a little English. Wifi, shower, toilet. He can give info aboud the environment, the masaya. You can use the kitchen, electricity and the washmachine.
He also have 3 rooms.
Prices variates if you want the room it is 12 dollar. Without is 8 dollar.
If you want he can make breakfast and bring you to the vulcan mayasa.

The showers are $7 each in a two shower room. Basic but plenty of hot water with a sink and mirror but no toilet. Lots of room to put your stuff on while you shower. Towels provided. This is also a truck stop behind the diner so you could overnight if you don’t mind the noise.

Beautiful secluded spot overlooking the cliffs. Very secluded, we were the only ones.

Tanta is a small town but it has some stores with veggies and groceries for a full resupply. The plaza de armas had free wifi

Small tienda in Tanta. This one had dry lentils, garbanzos, red beans, peas, maca flour, quinoa, some veggies, cheese, bread and lots of snacks. Good place to resupply!

This same street has 2 more tiendas.

Still here! There’s an outdoor pool and water was lukewarm. The main building is locked but there’s a little building (more like a room) next to the road that fits a tent - flat ground, it’s covered, four walls.
