We stayed 2 nights in this little campground at the entrance of the village. Wind protected area with facilities (hot shower, toilets, electricity and fireplaces).

The owner was super friendly. There is no reception and he comes few times a day to take care of the place and ask you to pay. You can even go at his house to ask to open the bathrooms if its close when you arrive. It's the house with black fences close to the city park at the corner of Las Calandrias and El Chacay streets.

We paid 1500 pesos per night for 2 people and a car (500 pp and 500 for the car).

We got our Health Certificate for our dog here. Went here without an appointment on a Saturday. We had to wait some time as a few people were there before us.
All in all good and quick service.
They also have good quality (but expensive) dog food.
Went here on 25 Feb 2023

It does not offer Veterinary services anymore. They recommended us to go to Veterinaria Fabbro just down the road.
I put an entry for that in iOverlander.

Great free Municipal Camping. Spent all of our nights in Ushuaia here. Two chemical toilets that were cleaned at least once during our week long stay.
You can park right next to the river.
We really liked it here and did not see a reason to move to a different campground or wildcamp.

Would absolutely recommend this Municipal Camping.

The Bonita Springs campground was full, so I camped here. There's a stream for water. The spots are so beautiful with trees. It started snowing while I was there in late February.

A very nice and cheap hostel. Washing machine available, very warm, nice clean hot shower, good kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, parking behind a wooden fence. Very popular among motorcyclists, 4500 per night for a bed in Feb '23.

Place was great, as described. You can turn the water on and off, so you can fill up multiple containers without wasting water.

I couldn’t find a water fill-up station here. Asked the gas station clerk if they have a hose or water station out back? and she acted like she had never heard of a hose before.

We slept in our van here overnight, no problems! Fine for a night. We parked in the spaces available outside the museum. The museum is currently under construction, but we parked on the far end away from the entrance just in case of visitors. There is street parking throughout the little town that can suit big rigs. It was a very quiet night. Many foxes and some wind protection from the buildings.

Nice beach access. Chelo is really sweet and he's working to make his place a nice hostel. He takes great pride in his work. He's built everything there on his own. He has a restaurant, though you wouldn't know it unless you asked. His food is mostly seafood, whatever was caught that day and chicken. We tried the food and it is delicious and reasonably priced! We camped out for the night and woke up to beautiful ocean views. We came on a Saturday and there was a lot of foot traffic at night and off in the distance you could hear the bass of some really loud music, but it was far enough away that if you wore ear plugs it wasn't a problem. Cold water showers and it's refreshing after being hot all day long, but you need to ask Chelo or one of his workers to turn the water on for you. The days are hot, but there are palapas and ample shade from surrounding trees, and the night cooled down enough that we used our sleeping bags. Cell phone reception is good if you need it, and there are two friendly dogs that live onsite who love to sleep and occasionally want you to pet them.
Chelo speaks Spanish and English.

This entire area of the beach is a big camp area, Chelo charges $5/per night not per person per night to camp, I don't know about all the others.

With so many fantastic places to eat in BA it’s hard to recommend one but this place is a gem. I first ate here 8 years ago and was thrilled to find it still going.

Freddy, now in conjunction with his son Gabriel, have been perfecting the art of the Parrilla for more than 20 years. They know what they’re doing!

It’s street food at its best. They’ve expanded the space a bit but on a good night it still spills out onto the street. Come here only for a plate of meat, a dirt cheap giant glass of wine and first class street food vibes.

Disfruta!

Truly wonderful spot to spend a night of two. We were charged 35 pesos entry fee and 35 pesos to camp… I think we paid less because we did not take a palapa. Great hiking in the hills. Busy but not too noisy on a Saturday night… would probably have the place to yourself through the week. Lots of goats. The local kids herding goats said they would not advise swimming. Could be an interesting place to SUP though.

You pay 400 pesos (free after 19.00) for parking here, which is right next to a small beach restaurant. At least on weekends, the restaurant is open until 9 pm. It has clean toilets, usable for 50 pesos. These are open until about 23:00. It can get quite noisy here at weekends. Nevertheless, we spent a comfortable and, above all, safe night here.

It's a great place, with very good products (cakes, milkshakes, dairy, beef and chicken). Debbie is an amazing host who took care of me as I got sick and offered me a room to recover.

Big slot used to park some small busses, not busy at all. Close to the street but surprisingly not very noisy in the night.
Park in the middle of the slot and not on the long white wall with a security at the end of it! We spend there one night without any problems.

Várias casas rodantes estacionam e pernoitam nesse local.

This is THE place to come in Nicoya peninsula. It is paradise !! We spent 4 nights here and could have stayed a week. Under the trees, many spaces. A lot of locals come during the weekend but they leave at night. And during the week it is very quiet! Nice beach to surf for beginners. Great sunset! Tigo service working ok in some part of the beach. There is a water faucet ok a construction site nearby. They agreed for us to fill our bottles and portable shower and offered us to take a shower if we didn’t have enough.
