As previously described. Room for a pretty large vehicle (my Land Cruiser fit with maybe 10cm on each side). Private double with bath and AC was 8000 pesos including breakfast.

A nothing site that allows free camping. A little bit dirty but fine for the night. Easy access for any vehicle. We had the place to ourselves. 1 bar ATT.

We talked to the new owner. This place is permanently closed. You can go instead to Villa Yesenia which is located on the same street.

We pulled in and had the place to ourselves. This is a county park made from the realignment of the county highway. There are picnic tables with trash cans and a looped walking path. It rained pretty hard a couple of days ago, so the path is a little eroded, and there are tree limbs strewn around.
There is plenty of room for any size rig. We have TT, so our total length is about 45'.
There is some trash on the ground. The site is gravel/asphalt and fairly level. The is some traffic noise from the county highway at 7 pm on Saturday. No noise from I-5.
Verizon coverage is 1-3 bars.

great free spot for the night. pretty crowded in late February but it's right on the water and has bathrooms/trash cans, but not the best Verizon/AT&T

just as described. it's a Wal Mart parking lot. I did ask the manager and said it was ok on the tire shop side. Super noisy free way and parking lot lights glaring.
Excellent WiFi though!

Went past the last pullout on West Manville Rd and up onto a Jeep trail on the right about 200 meters past the last turnout. Definitely need high clearance (4wd) to get up onto the trail. Huge area to park. Locals came by to shoot, but they were cool and left before sunset. stunning views and very quiet.

Reviews state overnight parking is prohibited. This listing should reflect that.

Superbe accueil et endroit pour ce ressourcer. Pour adultes, enfants tout y est. Plusieurs piscines, aire de jeux, bar, bbq. Personnel au petit soin. Merci à eux. Nous avons payé 250 pesos par nuit électricité et eau compris. Il y a des WC et une douche accessible. Nous sommes ravis.

A área de estacionamento é grande, lugar bonito, pouca estrutura para motorhome só tem uma torneira para abastecer a caixa e fica na entrada do lado do portão, banheiros ok, cozinha precária, achei muito caro pelo que oferecem, 50 por pessoa e 30 pelo motorhome. É pé na areia, abertura do portão para praia.

They’re open. Very nice folks running it. Secure gated parking. Hot water, simple room with bathroom and shower. I paid 40 bol + 15 bol for dinner.

Good facilities; kitchen, bathrooms, pool and relax area. Very kind host!
Big grassy field on which you can put your truck or tent.
The owner bought the property 1 year ago and is very proud on the changes and the difference she has made to it. She has big plans for the future. We strongly recommend this place as a stopover to and from Corcovado.

This is a perfect alternative to the Mi Refugio which has closed down. It is a large grassy yard conveniently located two blocks from the centre. The entrance gate has a height of 4 meters. The place can accommodate any size rig, for very large vehicles it may be a challenge to reach the gate because of the narrow streets.
The owner Jose is very welcoming and friendly. There are clean bathrooms and hot shower, electricity and wifi. There is also a kitchen which we did not check out as we don’t need it. We paid 60 kpn for a campervan with two adults including electricity. This was for a single night on Saturday, you can possibly negotiate it down if you stay longer. Nice quite place at the lake. In February cold nights. Sometimes car park nearby and they spend some time in there car enjoying the beautiful view

Good border crossing. I got there @ 10:00, finished in an hour. Only 3-4 other vehicles crossing, rest were walking travellers.
