michi.bilgeri | Perfect place when you travel with a motorbike or car. I checked out alot of places but everywhere is super expensive. This is the best option you have when you wanna visit the islands for couple of days. Great services! 40 dollar for one night with shuttle service parking service everything included. |

becsmith2001 | a nice grassy spot with heaps of flat areas for cars and tents. porta potties were there for use but need to be emptied. could hardly hear the highway except for a few trains overnight. overall good stay. |

instagram-SimplyOverland | We did the whole Namaqua 4x4 trail in our big rig (with high clearance). It is a beautiful and mostly remote 700km trail in all so you need enough fuel and water for that distance. Some areas are quite sandy so some experience of 4 wheel driving an advantage. Bookings are supposed to be made though Namaqua4x4eco trail website but they never answered emails or calls. Worth a try though (081) 873-9043. |

@michaeldmacdonald | 320 rand for two of us in a tent, use of wifi is 20 rand more for 500mbs. We were the only ones there during our stay, the whole place felt a little deserted! Very quiet and peaceful though. You’re camping around the back of the building but it’s accessible to anyone from the street - we asked if it was safe to leave our things there when we went to the beach etc and they said they’d never had any issues. |

fritzluttich57 | Perfect camping on lush grass, under shaded trees right on the beach with shared electricity & potable water near sites. Ablusions clean with hot showers. Pool, Restaurant & Bar overlooking the Lake. Professional and friendly staff. Most magnificent sunrise and sunsets. Must visit place. |

RunningGunExpedition | Stayed one night. Super dope spot actually, there were a good amount of people coming and going throughout the day for fishing I presume. Being right on the beach is pretty cool, you can even drive down a few miles each way on the beach. I saw some large motor homes down there, just depends how ballsy you are with the steep grade out. Cell coverage with Verizon was good, loaded videos and music fairly quickly. Used blocks to get level. There was some firewood but it was pretty green so I imagine it wouldn’t burn well.

t1zod | As described previously. A couple of cars/vans drive by at night but otherwise quiet. It must also be a trailhead because someone came in the morning for a hike. |

rueegsegger.nino | Cool Hostal, we came late at night in need of accomondation. The owner is verry verry kind and giving his best that you have a good time. Clean rooms, nice beds and sheets. Showers and Toilets in good shape and there is a big garden to relax. I'd go back any time - great experience. The breakfest is also verry good. |

RobsAdventureVlog | Convenient spot with Walmart, Planet Fitness, cellular, wifi, etc, and plenty of others around, but lots of people flooring it through the parking lot until around 11pm, and airplanes overhead throughout the night. There was a guy in the morning screaming some rant about homosexuals. Felt safe enough, but probably wouldn't stay again with all the commotion. |

schuckyes.com | This was a great grassy spot right on the beach! It’s a big area so plenty of space to find a good spot. It’s also a parking area for the beach so it clears out a lot during the evening. The toilets and showers are separate and cost 10 pesos for the toilet and I think 15 for the shower |

skystarlite | lake front property! we were one of two vans camped there and there was plenty of space between the two sites. i would say if it was busier, you could easily fit a few vans within each clearing. a truly quiet and peaceful spot, but fair warning— the amount of bugs was excessive. |
Pruess Lake | 38.89321, -114.01465 | |
pvestdam | Great spot on grass and a small stream running through. When we arrived two shepherds were here with their sheep and they invited us for tea. The also recommended not to park too close to the mountain saying “stone stone”. So we moved our rig further out on the grass. Bring your earplugs as the river can be a bit noisy. |
