Nice quiet place, owner does not like to have noisy party people with expensive 4x4, that want to stay for half pay. 🤠

Big gas station, open 24/7, toilets and cold shower. quiet at night, noisy from 6am onwards.

Beautiful place, BUT - its closed until september! 2023. They are doing renovations, building a pool, rebuilding the toilets etc.

This is the perfect offgrid spot with amazing views of the Atlantic and Gola Island. Space for around 6-7 campers and potentially more if you look around. It is located right next to a rather large chicken coop that has a distinct smell. If a strong gale or storm is present, especially a Nor Wester... it could be a bit windy.

We stayed here one night. Great place. Quiet and completely hidden from the road. Beautiful stars. A lot of insects but no mosquitos. Recommend.

Nice kids playground area and park under construction. Flat space with roof to eat.
No water or toilet for the moment, but maybe at the end of works.

Incredible spot, will be back. Numerous flat spots 5 yards off the beach. Please keep this clean. It’s a short walk away from a park with bathrooms. I had spotty but good at times T-Mobile. Loved this spot….

Overnight parking. Had no problems. I parked on the south side of lot by the semi trucks. Plenty of lighting and quiet after midnight.

Very basic but clean.
25 soles room with shared bath / 35 soles with private bath.
They made me brought my bicycle in a parking in another hotel parking (one block east - half block north). This was free of charge (same family own). Very big garage, big rigs would fit. This other hotel looked much more modern, but I didn't ask the price.

I asked to the owner of the restaurant if possible to camp behind his place, in the middle of olive groove and he said yes! Quite place, 200mt from the beach. There is a tap for water close to an abandoned trailer.

Fantastic location. 2 large parking lots. My husband went in to the main casino. He said there was a poker room with numerous tables and lots slots. No noise from airport. If you’re looking for the RV spots with hook-ups, they are behind the IMAC casino. You have to go down a single lane service road. There are no signs.

Called and asked permission to stay overnight in our camper van and we were told that it was allowed. The lot is a little bit unlevel, but we found a space in the back that was good for us. Quiet night overall, just some road noise. Would stay again. There was a car camper and one RVer here as well the night we were.

Great place indeed! Every info is still up to date. Just the prices changed : 7€ per person with a tent (washing machine included! maybe it's just for cyclists). The breakfast is now 7€ and the dinner 10€.

Very nice owner Theodora offers you rooms, meal (25 bol /person for soup + meal + tea), and/or a place for the night for your vehicule AND small but great natural thermal bath. nice views, warm water (10 bol per person). llamas everywhere and nice nature side to camp or sleep in your van !

road condition is really good, BUT the bridge on the east side which you have to cross is really in bad shape and there are only a few wood planks that the guys lay inside the big hole in the middle of the bridge, so passing is really scary and really just possible for light vehicles! (see photo)

The road is know in a good shape, mostly good gravel, partly asphalted, BUT the bridge on this side has a 5m long hole in the middle which is only covered by a few wood planks and really scary to pass (see photo) . also only doable for light vehicles.

Nice hotel where you can park in a big sand parking (no shadow) but the hotel have great place to chill and a swimming pool. We paid 60q / per person with our Citroen jumper. You have access to the pool, banos, kitchen and the check out is super late.

We pass by and they said they don’t accept people in van anymore.

Cool place small parking but accessible. Good restaurant and big swimming pool. They accept people with van you have to pay 50q/pers.

Spent one night. Saw no one and no signs posted. Super quiet. Great spot for a big rig like ours. Verizon works OK.

Great rest area and also part of the national park. had no issue staying one night. woke up to bison 🦬 clean bathrooms.

I slept here didn't see any of the signs mentioned by the others. I was alone and no one bothered me. Best sun rise I ever see. Maybe it was open cause not summer yet

This place si noisy and not vert taken care of. On top of that, they charges us $68,25 full hookups. Northen Experiences EV Park on Hyw 97, offer much much more for 40$ ! Never come here again!

Very nice hotel with nice rooms, fast wifi, hot water with good water pressure, and secure parking. The entrance can be surprisingly difficult to find: if you're standing in front of the artesian butterfly store with the many hanging plants outside, go into the small alley on your left. The entrance is the nondescript door on the left. Ring the bell. If nobody answers, ask the ladies at the tortilleria (further down the alley on your right) to call the owner. Great place! I paid 450 pesos for a single (May 2023).

Nice and relaxed place right by the river. We had two quiet nights. There were also a few locals there in the evening. Unfortunately there is a lot of rubbish lying around, we collected some rubbish for 5 minutes and had a big bag full.

Parking is on grass. Water/ Electric sites are $25/ night, but do not have shade. The full hook-ups are $30/ night and some have great shade.
Bathrooms are being redone, so not currently available.
Railroad runs between the fairgrounds and the river, meaning no river access. Trains are very quiet, almost don't even notice them.

We dropped by spontaneously and were offered a tour straight away. The tour and tasting took about 1 hour. Very nice staff, good English and completely free of charge. A clear recommendation. All Piscos are very delicious. Pisco can be bought in the shop later. For 15,000 pP (without drinks) there is also a lunch menu in the restaurant, which was ok but nothing special.
