Clean restrooms, felt very safe, can stay up to 10 hours. Quiet, too. Signs said free wifi but we didn’t use it so can’t confirm.

The sign says 'unmaintained', and they don't recommend you cAmp here. I did and was happy. The river sounds drown out road noise, and the pit toilet is clean. watch out for rattlers accorsing to another sign. yikes!

A great spot, minutes off I-90, right along the Missouri River with views of the water. Safe, quiet, convenient. It’s a sort of coastal park between residences and the river, so also nice for a leg stretch in the morning. Flat and with excellent TMobile coverage.

As with other reviews, a very rustic but perfectly okay spot within easy walking distance to the main surf spots.

Ask to park around back (there is a separate gate) as then you will have a nice flat surface, can get sufficient sun for solar panels and still get afternoon shade to chill in.

We stopped here for breakfast. Very beautiful gardens with nice swimmingpool, hammocks ….. Food in the restaurant is good. Good coffee and vibe here.

Really nice campground next to a raging creek. We are American and had to pay $12 usd. Dry camp pit toilets. Super chill. All of the campsites were full so we parked our 30’ bus in the large parking area. I highly recommend staying here.

Magnificent sleepover near the highway with views of the mountains and the water. Toilets, garbage can, pic-nik table and drinking water available. Please be respectful of the place!

stayed two night no problem. Left during the day and came back. a local police officer did say they call them from time to time and have them remove people in the mornings but we did not get that.

Added a picture of the exact location. in a very poor location but it's free. Just keep in mind you will block a lane for truckers who are needing to get gas. You need to go the round-about and follow signs for truckers.

We stayed two nights. It’s nothing really special, when your not into climbing, but it was peaceful and the wall was nice to watch. It was a weekend and a few local climbers were around. Also a lot of people, who took their dogs for walk or let their kids cycling. The area (parking lot and climbing area) has lights during the night. The toilets and the water isn’t working. I changed the description to ‚„No“.

Beautiful spot down by a shallow river. Only one other set of campers out here and the we’re leaving as I pulled in. Much cleaner and feels safer than other spots in the area. The location IS on the map. Drive up as close to the pin then when you see the fork, go down te left one. 1 bar Verizon. Slow. Only worth the long and sketchy drive if you’re staying more than 1 day honestly.

Woods Camp is a lovely place on the Zambezi River. We camped under a huge thorn tree and is basically on the edge of the river! Ruth welcomed us. Ablutions basic but clean. Paid US12pppn and firewood were K50. Electricity at sites.

The most awesome Hotel and Restaurant. Excellent food, super service and the attention to detail is amazing. Dont miss it.

Good spot. Somewhat level. Alot of traffic being a Sunday and about 100 feet from the main dirt road leading into Dogtown lake. I have full bars on phone and tablet (T- mobile). No hook-up, water or sewage. Dry camp only. Camp sites at Dogtown lake might have water, no idea if you have to pay there or not.

Restaurant rip off prices … we had fried fish and fried seafood with French fries. The papas arrived cold, the breadcrumb coating was way far too much and we had to pay 100 soles.
Ridiculous!!!

Beautiful location right on the Madawaska river. 3 bars LTE. Room for half a dozen tents. A couple of thunder boxes. LOTS of mosquitos.
