Perfect place!
Good location, enough place in garden, parking place for moto/cycles. Nice personal.

On the shore of Lake Van. We’re parked on the beach, it’s a pebble beach but quite soft so 4x4 advised. The others can’t get to it so we’re alone. Fabulous views and can’t be seen from the road. 4G signal.

Simple roadside shop that serves local breakfast: bread with cooked egg or omelette, potato, chocolate, tea and coffe, some benches to sit in the shade. (10 Dalasi for Nescafe, 30-40 for a sandwich.) The guy working was very friendy and a lot of locals come here for their breakfast (between 10 and 12, as I was there), which makes it the perfect place to chat and meet people. Got to fill my water bottles in a nearby tap, too.

24/7 Planet Fitness right next to an all night gas station. Plenty of other overnight campers in their cars and/or rv’s. Great place to get a good nights and a good workout and shower in the morning.

The Nolan’s Hotel gave us permission to park on the street right outside. Nice view of fishing boats, pelicans and sea lions. Several restaurants around. Easy walk to square. No amenities. I think you could park safely anywhere on this road. The town is cute and the square is very green, and it’s worth a visit if you’ve been traveling the desert for a while.

its 6£ per day, but you can park for free at the street if there is some space.

you can't access this place by the south side. 2 gates and a guard. Could recommend the one at the lake with the church.

Cleaned up for your enjoyment. I camped at the tiny kiva, which is hard to find but a beautiful spot.

The best Mexican food outside of Mexico! Honestly the only eatery worth coming back to in Tofo Beach! Mains all around 500 MT. They also have a range of tequila, if you're brave enough.

This is a great campsite with sea views across the fields. Garden centre and cafe 2 miles. Stunning walks. Cost £35 per night with electric for large grassy pitch for our camper.

Great free indoor showers. Nice setup with hot water, electricity, and bathrooms. Locked up from 6pm to 9am.

behind the toilets is a free drinking water automat. the pressure is oookay. like 1 minute per liter. the toilets are also free and open until 6pm

Stayed one night in our campervan, very quiet. Price is 10$ or 38s pppn. Large clean pool, hot shower, everything clean. If you need to refill your water tank, they will switch on the big pump, it took only few minutes to fill our 300 liter tank. There is an electric connector at the pole near the pool. There are two large bbq grills which can be used.

There are two tiny kitties, so make sure to bring some milk.

Passamos uma noite aqui, tranquilo depois das 23h até às 6h da manhã, pois fica no centro e tem o barulho da cidade. Fomos muito bem recebidos no Terminal turístico, nós ofereceram água e energia. Segurança a noite toda o pátio e fechado de dia e a noite então tem que conversar com o segurança para entrar.

It was a quiet night. Lots of car campers - some quite disarray & RVs. Breakfast had a 30 minute wait to then find 1/2 place empty seating. Imagine it due to lack of staff. I'm all for it, don't wait & leave, seated with lovely service. The parking lot was the worse I've been to traveling Cracker Barrel. Even had old guy in ancient rv get out for his morning pee, he couldn't be bothered to go behind rv. I love Cracker Barrel, truly! Staff is great

Great place to park for the night. Quiet parking lot next to play area, bbq pit and picnic table. Bathrooms are available but stalls have no doors in the men’s bathroom.

Great place! Stayed here 4 nights while they completely checked and repaired my bike. Dorms are $25 (empty in low season) and rooms $48, including breakfast. Loads of expats work here during the night. In the weekends there is a good chance to meet some people, but the music will stop early. Bar next door is also nice. Shopping mall, atm, supermarket all very close so you can stack up on everything. Very good WiFi. Great place, especially if you’re on a bike!

A bit difficult to find since there are no signs. Still 5.000 for a room, 4500 for dinner. Place is basic but good value for money.

don't know about all the former reviewers. it's certainly now 35$ a night for the "self contained overnight" parking lot. provided restrooms. dump station across the street is additional 7$ if you need it. got it on a busy weekend without problems only 2/6 were taken. safe place away from the street. North cal coast is expensive, nothing great but we preferred this to offatreet parking on the busy PCH. yes rangers are checking here have to leave before 10 not cheap but ok I guess.

Good spot to spend the night along this road. Away from the road and calm at night. Locals come to swim. Before dark we got eaten up by sandflies though. Surprisingly we had no mosquitos in the evening / night.

Had a less than desirable experience,
Tried to stay near by the Walmart but lots of noisey traffic and some questionable transient people outside my van at 3am so moved to this location in town.

Then someone was blasting music at 5am & 7am. There were a few other rigs but wouldn’t stay again after that whole ordeal. The jetty near the lighthouse seems nice as I saw a few vans and rv in that area. Just constant beeping from the light.

Vinimos por un ruido/chillido en la rueda, eran los rulemanes del lado del conductor. El dueño sabe mucho con solo mirar y son varios empleados, lo bueno es que no te descartan y te atienden, otro plus es que tienen casa de repuesto acá mismo, así que si falta algo pueden pedirlo y venis otro día. Nos atendieron muy amable, como todos los mecánicos hay que venir con paciencia por la demora en mano de obra pero te dan seguridad de cómo atienden y trabajan. Lo recomendamos, por ahora nos funcionó todo ok y nos dijeron de volver por cualquier inconveniente. Hacen descuento pagando en efectivo o transferencia!

Nous avons couché à l’entrée du chemin (nous ne sommes pas descendu à la rivière), il y a un vaste espace pouvant accueillir plusieurs VR, très tranquille, on n’entend pas les voitures qui passent sur la 500.

excellent camping, les piscines sont "Colombienne" mais très rafraîchissantes. attention, elles ne sont remplies que pour la fin de semaine et vidées le lundi. petit camping familial et local.
douche et wc présents, très très rustique mais ça fait me job.
8000 ppn pour les 12 ans et plus.
Pilar, la propriétaire est très gentille.
