open area on beach. Sand a grassy area perfect to fit a few vehicles, could even set up a tent. Lots of garbage here when we arrived but cleaned up the area. We had a nice fire on the beach, and lots of sea glass to be found. Very quiet overnight

I really liked this location. It’s directly on the feeder road of I-45. I have family who live less than a mile from this place. Very nice area and safe. Always one of my go to spots while in town. I’d feel safe staying 3 of more days in the lot with no issues. Just wouldn’t be setting up a grill and chairs. Keep low key and no one will bother.

A beach on a road with expensive houses, and those type of people are here. Not much to say about it. No bathrooms or showers, nothing special. Sand is grayish dirty here, not many people here. $5 suggested parking price.

Stopped in to have a look my tall Transit van rubbed a few branches on the way, really nice spot, can fit a few campers. Will be staying here next time through.

Nice spot for sure. There's also the boat launch and the bus parking 500m before the falls, less traffic.

elle me confirme que ce stationnement est fermer dorénavant de 22h à 6h am.
par contre la plupart tolère les Vr qui y passent la nuit.
ceci dit,ça reste interdit selon le règlement du parc d'y passer la nuit.

Great place to stay outside yellowstone! Nice mountain views and very quiet. We stepped in some bear poop so take care.

you can park here but its better to go to Puerta del Diablo (other wild camp spot) from where you can enter the Inca canyon

A really quiet street parking spot, apartment blocs on the other side of the street, no sign, stayed here 2 nights, nobody bothered.
Pit toilet right on fence close to the street, water fountain 50 feet from the fence.
Nice park with picnic tables and benches to eat or rest.

Good place to stop for dump station. It has a very big parking lot. There was a hose for water coming from the building so we assumed it must be potable. There is not many dump stations along this road so we were happy to see.

Amazing this restaurant, very friendly, we have a great lunch. Vieiras and Centolla gratinada hight recomend.

I love this spot. Surprisingly quiet at night. Great park.

Very nice campground next to the ocean and next to a beautiful lake. There is everything you need like laundry, hot showers (1,50$), wifi, water, electricity, campfire spots and clean bathrooms. The hosts are very nice. 25$ per vehicle without electricity.

RideWithMimi was here on 23rd of May 2022 and it was a pleasant stay! Though we parked the motorcycle inside the hotel by reception!

The school next to it is amazing with kids! Check out our video how they surrounded us and cheered! Worth watching!

Le 23 août 2022, nous n’avons pas pu vidanger car c’était plein. Cela débordait.

L’endroit est correct, grosse vane, VR présent. Pour une nuit c’est parfait. Un peu bruyant mais on oublie le bruit.

On essaie de s’y rendre mais Google s’apprête à nous faire 4-5 km de chemin de gravel, peu indiqué pour un VR. Tristement on rebrousse chemin et optons pour un autre endroit.

Very quiet at night, easy to park with a lot of space. Very busy between 7 and 8 am when school pupils and parents gather at the gate for the beginning of class.

Was ideal after a long days riding. Very friendly and welcoming

Very quiet and only $5 with Lifetime Pass. No amenities, dumpster and beautiful surroundings. Close to Smith Rock State Park. Free dispersed camping at right of entrance. Great hiking

Stayed over night on the dead end road near highway
Some highway noise but a good place to stop overnight w old dog who likes to wander and sniff off leash
We had a tear drop trailer so decided not to venture across the tracks. Stopped for fresh water at Dinorwic the next morning beautiful spot

Quiet spot at bottom of hill. Only room for one small vehicle, I wouldn’t go any bigger than a sprinter van. The turn around is tight. There’s a little path down to the river where you could swim. One bar of Verizon that was spotty.

SAND SAND SAND.

Unless you’re in an off roader or local don’t think about going down to the water - sand gets extremely deep. Beside the sand and wind the views are incredible. Haven’t gotten a chance to check out water will do tomorrow.

Just as described, however it is louder than anticipated. There's some highway noise however, the truck next to us has been idling for hours and these big rigs are loud. It's nice and dark though so no light shinning in. Overall, nothing to write home about, just a place to rest your weary head for the evening.
