There is now a construction site here unfortunately, pic uploaded. We did park about 100 ft away to the SW in a travel trailer though without issue but it’s about 30 ft from the road.

The east side of the river (parallel parking) does not have any signs prohibiting overnight parking. I didn’t stay since it was too early to stop in the day. Safe place to park, but it is loud due to road noise.

Perfect place, felt very safe, there are cameras even. 20 minutes walking to downtown, also felt safe walking back at night. No facilities except for the spotty wifi and yes during the day someone will collect money (I think 2 soles per hour).

it is now $1 to park and $3 for the pools.very lively on a sat.Suggested less pop days 😅 but the night was quiet.some dogs barking but ok

Just seconding an earlier review in French, there appears to be a no camping sign here. I don't want to mark this as closed though as the waterfalls are a swimming hole, it's a fantastic place to stop for the day.

Very nice place, clean room and cozy bed. Got a spacious, ensuite double room for 280 including English breakfast. We were allowed to have the bikes in the room which is great.
They also serve food if you want, like Nshima with veggies for 20kwacha 👍 and cold drinks (they serve meats as well if you prefer)
And finally, yes, they have WiFi but it's slow.

40s/p/p entry plus 10s/p/p guide. Yes, its worth the money. Best signposted and professionally maintained site we've seen in whole Latin America. Some info even in German or French.

Parked for the night, ocean front, between 2 cemeteries and a trash bin. Sign that say ‘No overnight parking’ but didn’t get bother. A couple of ATV drove by heading to the trail, they waved at us.

Hello, Great campsite. there are pitches at the very top of the campsite (80 and 81) where there is a view of the lake. only drawback, the high voltage cables that pass just above the pitches. The elderly lady who manages the campsite is really lovely.

Hostal witch space for parking and sleeping in your van. Entrance hight is 2,80. All facilities you need. Fast wifi / potable water / electricity / clean bathroom with hot shower. Only 2 km from huacachina and 2,5 from a big mall in Ica. Super friendly owner Fernando!

As indicated on their sign on the highway across Earl grocery. They offer free washrooms and showers to boaters and visitors.

It’s a large gravel parking lot. There is no “no overnight parking sign”. Stayed here Friday night and woke up with some people coming to fish. There is a river right next to this place 2 min walking distance. A public bathroom and dumb station are also available. Parked my travel trailer 22ft with no problem! Lots of room and lots of space.

could not even go Down the road because to get in it you have to pass under a train rail Wich is really low. You can only go through with a car

Special place, nice to swim in the salty but very cold lagoon. No shower available so it’s good to bring your own water to have a shower. A bit strange, at the tourist information they told us it will be open at 9am but there was nobody there untill 10am. It’s nice to be one of the first so you have the lagoons for yourself.
The road has some bad spots and is bumpy but we think not as bad as described before.
We do think it is a bit overpriced, like most things are around San Pedro..

They’re still here in fall 2022, which is good to see, and the prices are much as reported by the previous posters. Makes a nice change from asados.

These guys are great. They do 'everything'. I wanted an AirLift fitted on my Pro-master 1500, Thor Rize Class B. I wanted to go to a registered dealership as it was under warrantee but none would touch it as is a RV. I was highly recommended these guys by the local Chrysler dealership. I wasn't disappointed. They got me in straight away while I was passing through. Fixed what camping world had done which could have caused a really bad accident and added better shocks now rides like a dream compared to before. They do cars, RVs, all basically and you feel in really good hands. Note they move location in the next year, still close to the current location.

this place is no overnight stay but if you need to stretch and take a break this is the spot you have your zoo, picnic tables, grills, trash cans, water spouts, and uncertain days they have concerts out in their pavilion area also across the street is kids Kingdom where the kiddos can wear out their energy it does close at nightfall.

Propane available at this gaz station. Staff to fill up not always available.

There are signs stating that No semi or RV overnight parking allowed. I called the store to ask about vans, and the nice lady on the phone said that the Semi and RV restrictions are from the city. Walmart does allow overnight parking if you park in the west side of the lot, toward Kwik Trip. No bigger rigs or generators. Vans, minivans, and cars are welcome to stay. Quiet night in a nice little town and I got free wifi for awhile.

Quiet block. Stayed here 4 days in total. No problems. People start moving around 6:30am for work, and 7:30/8 on weekends. A few blocks away from the beach (and showers).

Guesthouse with beautiful view over the Danube. Safe Parking for motorcycles right in front of the hostel. Also a small pitch for tent. Rooms have private shower, toilet and kitchenette as well as a central good equiped kitchen. Host can cook if you reserve day before.

A very calm, quiet, green and cute space with very clean bathrooms, hot shower, drinking water. Oscar is very respectful and kind. The cost for camping is 750 PP
